Sarah was wonderful! She was so thoughtful and kind and took great care of my baby. We will definitely keep coming back here for more grooming needs.

We love our groomer, Nicole, at Petco! She’s the best and knows exactly how Mercy’s hair should look. With the rewards program, my 8th groom is free—definitely useful with a doodle! On our last visit, I got a birthday balloon for MY birthday! 🫶

Sarah has been grooming my 3 dogs for quite some time. She takes very good care of them, and they always look beautiful afterwards. We love her!

Okay let's go over the ways this place sucks. 1. They double charged me during my last grooming. 2. My dog was still shedding everywhere after the "de-shedding" grooming. 3. I gave them one last chance to fix things and it took them 2 hours just to wash the fur baby, not even dry just get her wet and soaped up. From what I can tell, they just had her locked up panicking in a kennel for the first hour and a half while she waited for the ridiculous backlog of other dogs they had queued up. If you can't fit my dog in just tell me! Don't stuff her in a kennel for hours on end and waste my time on top. It shouldn't take 2 hours to wash a 35 pound dog! Won't be back.

We have taken Georgia our English Cocker to Sydney many times. She is absolutely the best! Highly recommend!
