I've been bringing my puppy to Spot's VaHi location for months and could not be happier to have found them! Their prices are extremely reasonable, they take wonderful care of all the dogs here, and I love that they offer Play & Train packages so my very stubborn mini dachshund can learn better manners while she plays with her friends. Especially when we have to board her during trips out of town, it brings me so much peace of mind to know that our puppy is in good hands at a place that she loves! I cannot recommend Spot for Dogs enough!

We truly don’t know what we’d do without Spot Daycare and their incredible staff — they are a godsend. Our dog Timber has been attending daycare and boarding here for nearly two years, and the transformation has been amazing from an anxious, scaredy cat to a much more confident, happy girl. Timber loves Spot. The moment she sees us packing her food, she starts vibrating with excitement and whining, then practically pulls the leash out of our hands to run straight to the staff and play area. She always comes home happily exhausted, and it’s obvious she’s had a full day of fun and enrichment. The staff are thoughtful, caring, and professional in every way. They greet all dogs by name with genuine affection and proactively communicate important updates — even small things like swollen paws from too much enthusiastic play. That level of care means everything to us. We trust the Spot team completely and are incredibly grateful to have them as a care option for our Timber, whether it’s for enrichment, emergency care, or when we’re traveling. It’s clear how much the team cares, and just as clear that the other pawrents feel the same way.

Bear loves Spot for Dogs daycare I’ve tried other local daycares and on the webcam never saw the dogs playing I’ve heard the spritz them with water if they start to wrestle and interact. Bear hated them but he loves Spot, don’t have a webcam but they do post daily to IG all the dogs are so happy and playing together. Bear comes home tired and happy. He really loves the special treats!!

Amazing experience with Spot for Dogs! What sets them apart is that they let the dogs play together all day in a big group, versus other companies that have pens and limited play time. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive—you can tell they genuinely love dogs. I always feel so comfortable leaving my dog in their hands. Communication is a great, easy to use portal. My dog comes home happy, tired, and well-socialized. Top-notch daycare and boarding!

Used to love Spot! Then one of our dogs got bit and they didn't allow us to pick her up a couple hours after closing. They didn't share any pictures or clealy communicate the extent of her injuries. Since someone is onsite 24 hours, asking to pickup an injured dog after hours isn't too much to ask for. Guess this is what happens when small businesses go corporate. Buyer beware.
