The staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service. The main reason we bring our dogs to daycare is for exercise, enrichment, and socialization. It hurts my heart to think that my dog may be spending much of the day in a crate. On more than one occasion, I've found myself taking my baby out for a walk before bedtime because the energy level was still so high after a full day at daycare. I'm still fairly new and trying to give it time, but I would love more transparency through daycare cameras, live videos, or more frequent social media daily lives & updates. As pet parents, it would be reassuring to see more of the activities and interactions taking place throughout the day. Great customer service matters, but the real value of daycare is the activity, enrichment, and socialization the dogs receive. I hope to see more visibility into that part of the program.

Bark is absolutely wonderful! Our Malamute absolutely loves it here! They have been wonderful with grooming him, he loves daycare and when we board him we never worry! They are always friendly and responsive. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

My experience has been "good enough." I started. boarding here because a colleague raved about the facility. I've had positive experiences with all employees, who are kind and sweet with my pup in the lobby, but there's one employee I've had repeated attitude and communication issues with. I wish there was more communication and I've had multiple items (new large bags of treats and measuring spoons) go unreturned after boarding stays.

The folks that work here are angels on earth. My fur baby Roxy was a tenant at Bark Avenue for almost 10 years before she transitioned. They loved her like she was their own. Sometimes I think she loved them as much or maybe even more than my husband and I. You can trust them with your fur baby to give excellent care.

My two pit mixes have very different temperaments. One is skidish and uneasy and can have a tendency to be reactive in the wrong situation. The other wants to be friends with all dogs and people. Kris, along with the other Bark Avenue staff, assisted in getting my more nervous dog comfortable and acclimated in the environment. Both of my dogs stay in a suite together, while the staff allows my more social dog to mingle with the other dogs and manage what’s comfortable for the nervous dog. Both of my pups are rescues, and I’m so glad I found a great fit for them to go when I’m away. They both come home happy and tired! :)
