Thank you Sam and Atlanta Dog Wizard! Billy became my best bud about 4 years ago and he has always been the sweetest and silliest dog, but we knew he also had some reactivity and doggy ADHD… This dog would absolutely lose it over anything that had wheels, and other dogs/ people, and not in a mean way, just an overly excited I wanna lick your face and jump all over you kind of crazy. 0 self control. He also couldn’t walk on a leash without pulling your arm out of its socket. After trying a group lesson program and having no luck, I figured we were just gonna have a crazy but sweet Billy forever… A couple months ago I began looking again for some way to help Billy after hearing about the concept of a board and train program. I am so so glad I came across the Atlanta Dog Wizard, specifically Sam. Sam took our Billy and helped him learn a better way to channel his crazy dog energy and allow him to actually enjoy being Billy! Billy enjoys his walks, is calm and collected when meeting/seeing people and other animals, and can even walk on a leash with no harness and no pulling! We’ve also begun to teach him to place in his bed while we eat dinner or are in the kitchen. We are so grateful and never thought we could see these results.

Our dog Moose did the 14 day board and train with Sam and were so glad we signed her up for it! Her training focused on ecollar training and recall off leash. She is such a better listener now and we’re happier dog parents too. Highly recommend the Dog Wizard and Sam specifically!

Our training with The Dog Wizard Atlanta was wonderful. Our trainer, Rob, is amazing. He was great with our German Shepherd and taught us so much. We learned all the important commands, and worked with our dog in different situations (park, store, walking). Thanks to Rob, we feel confident that we can continue to work with our dog and he’ll be the best dog and companion. We highly recommend The Dog Wizard Atlanta!

My wife and I worked with Sam over an approx 3 month period training our Dog, Bear. Sam was fantastic, he tailored his teaching style to Bear's needs and never stopped communicating or providing insights around how we could work with our pup. Very excited to continue with the weekly dog meet ups to continue to build discipline. The Dog Wizard team is collaborative and knowledgeable, and I would recommend them to anyone confiding dog training in Atlanta.

Sam our trainer, was wonderful. We learned so much about our Pit Bull Terrier’s behavior and ways to manage it. He was so patient with us and gave us good strategies for working with Sadie. What we learned from him helped us to keep our sweet girl now that we better understand the basic commands and how to use them properly. I highly recommend him and hope to keep in touch. `
