Bark & Board West Midtown has been so much more than a place to board and groom Daisy—they’ve been family. From day one, the team loved and cared for her like she was their own, and that gave me so much peace of mind every time I dropped her off. As Daisy and I prepare to move, they surprised us with the sweetest going-away gift, which is just another example of how much they genuinely care about the pets and people they serve. It’s those personal touches that set them apart. We’ll miss everyone at Bark & Board West Midtown so much. Thank you for loving Daisy so well and making us feel like part of your family. If you’re looking for a place where your dog will be cared for, loved, and treated like one of their own, I can’t recommend them enough.

Our dog, Willow, has been a daycare regular at Bark and Board in West Midtown since June 2021, when she was just six months old. She gets totally pumped on mornings when she gets to “go to school” and play with her friends (hooman and otherwise!). We also trust Bark and Board for our boarding needs. Being apart from Willow is always agonizing, but the exceptional staff goes above and beyond, and we always know she's in the best possible hands. We couldn't recommend them more!

Best place ever! We rescued a black lab with minimal manners! She has been going to doggie day care for over a month and boarded her once! Salem loves it and so do we.

We absolutely love this Bark & Board! We take our three dogs (they’re known as “the trio”), and they get SO excited every time we pull up. That alone says everything. It gives us such peace of mind knowing they’re not just being watched, but genuinely cared for and having a great time. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and clearly loves what they do. Our dogs come home happy, tired, and well-socialized every single visit. And the grooming? Amazing. Whenever we have them bathed, they come back looking and smelling like brand new pups every time. We recommend Bark & Board to everyone we know without hesitation. Truly a 10/10 experience every time. We’re so grateful to have found a place we trust with our dogs!
