Incredible customer service!! You can always expect to receive the highest level of professionalism and dog care from Paws Pad. Hoai was so accomodating to everything my dog needed (she has a special diet) and even made her extra rice when the food I left ran out. The Paws Pad team goes above and beyond just care for my dog. I can't thank them and recommend them enough!!

Absolutely amazing! They have individualized care and treat our pups they’re their own. Our dogs loved our stay and we loved getting updates with cute photos of them playing. They’re so knowledgable about dogs, it gave us reassurance that we were leaving them in great hands. Can’t wait to be back!

Paws Pad, Hoai and Carissa are awesome. Very quick to respond. Easy to use the app. And they take great care of our two cats every time. We wouldn’t use anyone else!

Paws Pad offers various rates for its services. Dog boarding is $60 for dogs under 30lbs and $70 for dogs over 30lbs. Daycare is $50 for a full day (8 AM-6 PM) and $25 for a half day. Walks are $30 for 30 minutes and $45 for 45 minutes. Check-in visits are $85 or $100, and pet sitting at the client's home is $90. There are also rates for a second pet for boarding, daycare, walks, check-ins, and pet sitting.
