We were looking for a new groomer after the previous groomer we used had cut our dog badly. Not to mention, the appointments would take nearly all day and our girl was stuck in a kennel for lengthy periods of time.
Fortunately, we found Laura through a friend and are so happy with her. She schedules appointments so dogs can have her full attention and don’t have to be kenneled. You can see she enjoys doing this and loves animals also. We usually get the full spa day and she’s always on time. Our girl can get anxiety but she does well with Laura and we’re happy to have found Tails and Tangles!

We have been searching a new groomer after our previous groomer had been tough to schedule and tough on our doodle Hudson.
We had been taking him to a Doggie Daycare that also groomed but noticed on grooming appointments he was being ignored for hours.
Knowing our dog was crated for hours (the last time was 11 hours) waiting to get groomed was unacceptable and we needed a change.
I am so grateful for Laura and Tails and Tangles.
She is fantastic.
She was on time, did a wonderful job and gave Hudson the one on one time we have been searching for.
Not to mention her location is amazing.
We loved the experience and have already booked the next appointment!

I have been looking for a groomer in the Atlanta area for awhile and I am so glad I found Laura! She is amazing, patient, super responsive and very affordable! I highly recommend her and she definitely earned a repeat customer! Tydus is a little shy but now he is clean and ready for thanksgiving:) 5 star service start to finish! Thank you Laura!

I gravitate toward one-on-one mobile grooming for my dog and private suite stylists for myself, so the concept of a private grooming suite for pups instantly caught my attention. It felt refreshingly thoughtful and unlike anything I’d seen before. A rare gem I’m tempted to keep to myself—but it deserves to be known. I brought my boy in for his birthday, and she handled him with exceptional patience and care, even with his anxiety. An absolute professional.

I couldn’t ask for a more caring, kind hearted individual to leave my husky with‼️She was a 5⭐️ all star. He was clean, happy, comfortable, and apparently well feed lol. She understood when I was late picking him up, and had no problems with long as updated. An amazing woman, and a business I plan on becoming a loyal and frequent customer with.
