Jack did a 10/10 phenomal job! I have an Aussiedoodle with high anxiety and I spent the last few months trying to find a groomer that specialized in that and had a more calm environment for my dog. I came to Jack because of all the great reviews, and then before the cut had a phone call with him to go over my concerns. He spent time with me at the beginning of the appointment as well talking through everything and getting to know my dog. I appreciated that he only does one dog at a time, so your dog gets full attention the entire time meaning you can bring in treats, etc., to adapt to the dog’s needs. Jack gave me updates throughout the grooming. My 50 lb dog, who needed a big groom because he had not been groomed in a few months, took a little under two hours. There was a coffee shop next-door which I was able to work at while I waited. Overall I’m just so thankful I found Jack and look forward to being a long time customer! Before and after photos for reference! Jack asked about length preferences, etc and i opted for a 3/4 inch cut to start his coat fresh.

I truly can’t thank Jack enough for my girls groom! She has never looked this amazing! I can tell she felt so comfortable. It’s such a relief to have an anxious dog find somewhere where they can relax and enjoy their groom! Thank you both so much, can’t wait for her next one!

Jack and Derrick are amazing! My Yorkshire Terrier is going to be 17 this year. He is nearly blind, deaf and senile. They treated him with such care and respect and honestly the grooming exceeded any that I have experienced with Beau in his 16+ years - Jack is a real artist at grooming! Thank you for his beautiful haircut❤️

Thank you Jack and Derrick!! I cannot say enough great things about this dog and cat grooming service. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Jack and Derrick were friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about the comfort and well-being of my dog (Curry) and cat (Luna). They took the time to listen to my preferences and made sure my pets felt calm and safe throughout the entire process. My dog came home looking amazing, clean, and happy, and my cat, who is usually very anxious, was handled with such care and gentleness that it truly made a difference. The grooming was done beautifully. They were highly skilled, professional, and passionate about what they do. the shop was clean, and welcoming. I fully trust them with my pets and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality dog and cat grooming.

Jack and Derrick were amazing! My little pup is very fragile and needs to be handled with a lot of care, and they went above and beyond. They were so patient, gentle, and kind with her. Even though she’s tiny and could’ve been groomed quickly, they took their time to make sure she felt safe and calm. We’re so impressed with both of them and so grateful to have found such caring groomers!
