We cannot say enough wonderful things about Paw Palace and the exceptional care Sarah and Carlos provide for our doodles. From the very first interaction, they have demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and a genuine love for Dewey & Delta that gives us complete peace of mind whenever our dogs are in their care. Sarah and Carlos treat our doodles as if they were their own family. They are attentive to each dog's unique personality and needs, ensuring they are comfortable, safe, and happy at all times. Their level of care and consideration is truly remarkable, and it is evident that the well-being of every pet is their top priority. What sets Paw Palace apart is their outstanding communication, reliability, and dedication. They consistently go above and beyond, providing a warm, welcoming environment where Dewey and especially Delta are excited to visit and always return home content and well cared for. Their professionalism is matched only by their compassion, making them a rare find in pet care services.

Well, we made it back from our worldwide trip! YEA!!! We had been thinking of our littlest princess the whole time we were away, hoping that she was alright, safe and relaxed. Sarah, the owner of Paw Palace was taking especially good care of her, which was evident in the photos and videos she was sending our way. The care she was receiving was so splendid that I was hoping that our Calisi would still want to come home with us!!🙏 So, the next day, I ran over to Paw Palace to pick up our pooch, and was sooooo pleased to find her in such magnificent condition!!😁 She’d been groomed, and was even cleaner than when we’d dropped her off! Her eyes were bright with none of their usual irritation. Her belly was free of any redness, and her spirits were fantastic!! Standing in the salon’s waiting area chatting with Sarah, I could feel a weight being lifted off my shoulders, which I’d been carrying from the moment we’d left her. All that Sarah had revealed in her communications with us was confirmed. Our lovely Calisi was in fantastic shape, happy and healthy as could be!! YEA!!!! to Paw Palace, for the care they provided to our pet, which was just as they’d described during our pre-boarding discussion. It was our veterinarian who’d recommended Paw Palace to us, and we love her for doing so… ❤️So, it looks like we’ve found a new place to bring little Calisi for boarding, as well as grooming! You need to check this place out, especially if you’re in search of a grooming and boarding salon! Sarah is Top-Notch! When it comes to you pet’s welfare, she says what she means, and means what she says! Believe her when she tells you your pet(s) will receive the best possible care during his/her/their stay!🐶🐕🐾 Three Cheers to Paw Palace, and Bravo to Sarah and her husband, for running such a wonderful, pet-friendly establishment!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sarah and Carlos are the owners of Paw Palace and the services rendered are one of the best. They do a great job with your pets. Very personable owners and you never have to worry about your pets left in their care. I give them five stars !

We have been taking our doodles to paw palace for years. Sarah and Carlos are more than “dog groomers at work” they run their business like a family business with all hands on deck. Their own dogs are at work daily keeping dog clients in line and happy. No metal cages, no yukky smell or dingy floors. Dogs being dogs. Several friends have dogs with behavioral challenges and Sarah and Carlos know the dogs so well they schedule dogs based on personality. My doggies aren’t shaky and traumatized after, they smell amazing and we love Sarah and Carlos as family.

I can’t not express just how much my dog and I just adore Sarah. She started grooming for me in early 2000’s and is still grooming for me. I have a golden doodle who gets so excited when he sees we are at the shop and he just loves her dogs too. Sarah also boards Percy and he just thinks he is one of the family! You will not be disappointed, Sarah is just so wonderful with the dogs!!! Sarah is just part of our family!!!❤️
