Jade was amazing with our two labradoodle puppies! This was their first grooming and they came out looking PHENOMENAL. She listened to everything we asked for and gave some very sound advice considering their age! Jade was communicative, kind and best of all, the babies loved her. You have customers for life. THANK YOU JADE!

I like Jade a lot, we worked with her for quite a while and she does a solid groom. I have 4 dogs, 3 are long haired. I understand things come up and cancellations might happen but the last time Jade canceled she only offered the option to wait an additional 6-8 weeks. For long-haired dogs, waiting 12-14 weeks is not ideal. We always scheduled our next appointment at the end of a grooming, and we waited 6 weeks only to be told right before the appointment it would be another 6-8 week wait. In this industry I don’t think it’s good business practice to cancel and not offer to reschedule before 6-8 weeks, consistency and customer loyalty is importance. I was disappointed to discontinue using Jade. I hope you’re well Jade, the pups and I miss you. Sorry to give an unfavorable review - I’d recommend finding time to accommodate someone much sooner than 6-8 weeks if you have to cancel.

Jade did such an amazing job with our senior pup. She listened closely to what I wanted and our dog's limitations and gave her the best cut she has had in such a long time. We will absolutely call Jade next time Lola needs a cut!!

Jade has been providing grooming services for Brady for a few years now. If she’s not available, then we wait until she is because she’s that good! Will continue to recommend her to any pet owner that wants their doggies to look good.

Jade has been wonderful with my dog, she's done a great job. Her price is very reasonable and the fact she is mobile and comes to my house is a huge bonus. I am happy to recommend Jade to anyone!
