There are so many wonderful things to say about Lil Doggie Den...\n\nHere are all of the reasons I think you should send your little dog there:\n1. Little dogs only...come ON!? It's so fun knowing my little puppy is with other dogs her own size. 20 lbs and under!\n2. SO easy to sign up, drop off and pick up. Seriously. They've made it really simple for humans, and really mellow for canines!\n3. Kari and the staff!!?? They are the kindest, friendliest, most dog-lovingest people I've ever met. I'm not sure who loves them more, my dog or me.\n4. Such a good deal compared to other places I've tried, and being a member gives such a great discount.\n5. It's clean, safe, convenient to get to and feels more like bringing your dog over to a friend's house than anything else.\n\nI truly can't recommend them enough!

As someone from Eugene who occasionally travels to Portland for work, finding a safe, affordable place for my dachshund during the day was so important, as I have separation anxiety 🤣. Thankfully, I found Lil Doggie Den, and I couldn’t have had a better experience!\n\nMy little guy is a hesitant dachshund, so I was nervous about finding care for him, especially the idea of mixing small and large dogs. Lil Doggie Den immediately put those worries to rest as they are for dogs 25lbs and under. He adapted so quickly, made new friends, and even bonded with the staff, which says a lot for him! I am also worried about his back and the risk for IVDD, which the team put to rest with their knowledge of different breeds requirements.\n\nFrom the moment we arrived, I felt confident in their care. We were given a tour of the adorable facility, had a wonderful conversation with the owner, and received a few thoughtful text updates throughout the day as first-time clients. At the end of his visit, they sent a detailed report card with photos, videos, and notes about what they learned about his personality and how his day went. It was such a personal touch and showed how much they truly care about every dog.\n\nI’m definitely someone who worries when leaving my dog with others, but not once did I feel concerned while he was at Lil Doggie Den. Knowing he was happy, safe, and genuinely cared for made my workday so much easier. I would absolutely recommend Lil Doggie Den to anyone looking for exceptional daycare in Portland.\n\nWe’ll definitely be back!

Jack has had great visits here. The space is clean, calm, and well run, and the staff clearly understand dogs as individuals, not just as a group to manage. He always comes home happy and relaxed, which is the best signal I can ask for. Drop off and pickup are easy, communication is solid, and the pricing feels very fair for the level of care. It never feels rushed or chaotic. We will definitely keep coming back.

We LOVE Lil Doggie Den! “Do you want to go see Kari”? gets a very excited positive response from my lil pup. Finding other little dogs to play with can be a challenge for our 5.8lb boy, but knowing he can go to Lil Doggie Den and play safely with other little dogs is the best. Kari and her team are kind, caring and professional. I have no trepidation of leaving my lil man with them. They go above and beyond to make Shamus (and his owners) feel loved and cared for.

Love, love, love Lil Doggie Den!! The facilities are great, the staff is super friendly and helpful - - so caring, understanding and knowledgeable. They are really helping our rescue overcome her separation anxiety. Plus, she’s getting to socialize with some super fun pups!! Thank you!!
