The Urban Pet

This place is great. The staff are wonderful and the selection is top notch. Their savings program and return policy are very customer friendly.\n\nThis place is even good if you own a cat which most pet stores notoriously aren’t great for.\n\nA tip for parking - I’m not a phenomenal driver and the lot is a little tight and fills up fast.\n\nThere’s parking available down the block for you which makes it easier for folks like me.

Awesome shop with the kindest staff! I’m so happy to have a neighborhood pet store like this one! They have a great variety of products and the staff are just so wonderful- each person is really kind and helpful and it makes my day to get to stop in here!

Such a fantastic local store, Chris was so so knowledgeable and helpful. Amazing products, and they really care about your pet loving things and are very generous/understanding with their return policy if need be. 10/10 spot

The 3 locations I have visited are all a good place to get food and treats that your fur friends want like primal and green juju, brands that are harder to find in the warehouse stores. And the people who work there are wonderful. ♥️

I’m a part of their $20 a year membership program. I’ve been coming here for about 4 years. I can honestly say they have some of the worst customer service of any pet store I’ve been to . Unfortunately, I live around the block, but I’m starting to use online more and more. As much as I’d like to support a small business and a local business, they also have to do their part to keep my loyalty. Don’t tolerate rudeness.\n\nAlso they claim to have a fair return policy, but I returned two items today and I ended up losing money.\n\nsee my receipt in the photos.\n\nbeware of their return policy. You will end up losing money
