I was unknowingly that last annoying costumer, I didn't know until the staff kindly closed the store after I walked out... wow without rushing me!!!! I don't like being that person but man thanks so much for your kindness, I was driving home from a long work weekend myself so it was so nice to be able to drive by and pick up a bday gift for my 10 year German Shepard, his favorite treat are all those dry snacks on the side. So thanks again.

Called asking about inventory, on Thursday of last week. Went by on Friday and was basically given the middle finger and find to come back Tuesday, came in Tuesday and was given a shrug and told we don’t know, was told to go to the West Hollywood location. Went to the weho location and was given the same customer service. Great combo bad customer service + empty shelves, will definitely keep folks loyal.

I've been a loyal customer to this Tailwashers grooming every six weeks for almost 4 years. Unfortunately, in about the last 6 months their customer service has gone extremely down hill. My favorite groomer left and the new one has knicked my dog twice. The last time I went, my dogs hair cut was extremely choppy and uneven and not as short as I like, even though the previous groomer left very detailed instructions in her profile and I also give very detailed instructions in person. I went to have a discussion and get it fixed and the only apology I receieved was from the front desk clerk. I was supposed to get a return call from the manager after talking to the owner, but that has yet to happen. Something terrible has happened to the Tailwashers and I will not be returning.

I gotta say, this is the best my dog has smelled in a long time, not even perfume-y, just totally no scent. Makes me feel like very safe products were used on him, and like your staff did the most thorough job. I'm looking forward to keeping this relationship going. Thanks!

LOVE this place. Great selection of food and treats, always well stocked, the most adorable doggie treats I've ever seen and the staff are always friendly and helpful.\n\nDoggie dayvcare, grooming, mobile teeth cleaning events...it's seriously a one stop shop for my little Rockstar. I think Inhave more fun there than he does most of the time. Recommended 10/10.
