I’ve brought my dog to this location for grooming 2-3 times. They generally listen and follow the basic instructions that are provided. But my latest visit, the groomer did not listen and cut all the places I asked for them to leave alone.\n\nI don’t get it, it easy to take some notes and remember what was asked right? I guess the groomers here are more focused on quantity and getting dogs in and out.

Convenient place for us to get our dogs’ food, toys, treats, and grooming! As others have said, it’s pricey but it’s the consistently good service that keeps us coming back! Everyone is very nice, especially Wendy who sent us a Christmas card with our dogs’ names and coupons for grooming services. Love this place!

When we lived here, this was my spot I trusted with my dog. Kari was his bather and groomer and always did such a wonderful job! I love that the food is so good for the dogs, and my baby's health and longevity is as important to them as it is to me. My little man always gets a cookie after the vet or groomer too, and they make the cutest little cookies in-store!

The staff here are friendly, which I appreciate, but the overall service was barely average. When I dropped my dog off, I was told he’d be ready at a certain time. I arrived a few minutes early, only to find out he had already been ready and waiting — yet no one had texted or called to let me know. That means he could have been in the kennel longer than necessary, which I wasn’t comfortable with.\n\nTo add to that, his collar was left behind which I didn’t notice because of the bandana. Collar does have his name and my phone number on it. Didn’t matter because no one contacted me about it. When I called a few hours later to ask, someone casually said, “Oh yeah, I remember seeing that.” My immediate thought was, “why didn’t anyone take 15 seconds to call or text me to let me know?”\n\nSmall things like communication really matter when you’re trusting someone with your pet. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of what I expected.
