Always push for maximum costs and refused to provide prescribed food for even previously seen pets without trying to extract an annual visit fee even when our dog is sick. Dr. Zhu was nice but the focus is on charging as much as possible

It’s like sitting through a timeshare presentation. I just need a rabies vaccination, I do not need anesthesia to clean my dogs teeth or whatever other crazy shit y’all are slanging. If you have money to burn and want all the bells and whistles at a premium, go here. If you want the basics hassle free, go somewhere else.

I brought my dog in to urgent care after she hurt herself at the park and was limping. They had us in to see Dr. Fong in 5 minutes. He was able to diagnose her herniated disc immediately. Unfortunately, she required an MRI and emergency surgery, but Dr Fong got us set up with Remedy and out the door, and she was in surgery within a couple of hours! Without his quick action, she probably would be paralyzed. Can't thank Irving Pet Hospital enough. Everyone was very kind and helpful and they even called to check on her 2 days later.
