What pet parents say

Jess did an amazing job with our very young Pom, Sophia! We really wanted to introduce her to the grooming world in a gentle and positive way, so we were so happy to see that Jess offers a special puppy package. Sophia came out looking absolutely fabulous and, most importantly, not stressed at all. You can tell Jess truly cares about making puppies feel comfortable during their grooming experience. We’re already looking forward to booking with her again and will definitely be recommending her to others!

Jess is the absolute best! I have a high anxiety, twelve year old Golden Retriever and we have been seeing Jess for about six years now. Lil’Bit adores her and she comes back perfectly coiffed and sparking every spa day!\nI would recommend her to anyone. She is an absolute gem for pet parents and her work is impeccable!

Jess groomed my gigantic stinky, drooly, constantly shedding Newfoundland. It’s been over a month since he’s been groomed and he still smells good from his groom, which is by far the best he’s ever smelled! On top of that, we were vacuuming twice a day to keep up with his shedding and now, since Jess groomed him, we are back to two times a week, which is great given our pet filled house. Kodiak, loved his bath and gets excited when he sees Jess when he sees her at daycare, so I know she gave him lots of love and encouragement during the groom as well. He’s a lazy boy and only gets up for his favorite friends! Jess is a miracle worker!!! Thank you Jess!

Jess did an amazing job grooming our Lagotto Romagnolo, Lazlo! Lagottos are challenging to groom and Lazlo needs his ear hair plucked regularly, which isn’t fun for anyone. But Jess handle him with care, he didn’t seem scared when we picked him up and he looks super cute! We will definitely be back. Very thankful to have a fear free certified groomer in our neighborhood!

Jess was an amazing groomer. Excellent energy with a very big shy dog, and made him beautiful for my wedding. She was also kind and patiently worked with his matts and didn't make me feel badly about being overdue for a grooming. Whole-heartedly recommend!
