After trying this office a few months ago, I knew we had found our new veterinarian. Unfortunately, just a few weeks later, our dog was severely injured in a dog attack and needed ongoing care. Throughout one of the most stressful experiences we’ve ever had, the entire team has been absolutely incredible.\n\nEveryone is genuinely kind, compassionate, and patient. They never make you feel rushed and always take the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer every question, and make sure you feel comfortable with the treatment plan.\n\nWhat has impressed us the most is their honesty and fairness. Unlike some clinics that seem to charge for every little thing, this team has been incredibly reasonable. When our dog needed frequent wound checks and follow-up visits, they focused on what was best for him rather than finding ways to add unnecessary charges. That level of integrity is rare and meant so much to us during an already difficult time.\n\nTheir compassion, expertise, and exceptional care helped both our dog and our family through a very challenging five weeks. We are beyond grateful for everything they’ve done and cannot recommend them highly enough. If you’re looking for a veterinary office that truly cares about both your pet and your family, this is the place.

Dr. Sondi and his team took incredible care of our Belgian Malinois when he needed urgent surgery. His staff, especially Stacie, went above and beyond to accommodate us right away, working him in on last minute notice when we needed help fast. Dr. Sondi did a fantastic job on the surgery itself, and his follow-up care was thorough and attentive every step of the way. Highly recommend this practice to anyone needing reliable, compassionate veterinary care, especially in an urgent situation.

It’s been well over a year since my dog passed and I went here but I still wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had with this team. Everyone there was so kind and helpful. Dr. Rose was absolutely phenomenal when my dog was aging and starting to have some serious issues that were not easy to diagnose. She helped keep diagnostic tests and treatment as affordable as she could every step of the way. I can’t imagine any other vet being there for us like she was. I’ve recommended them to multiple friends since then, all were equally pleased with the level of care.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Rancho Bernardo Pet Hospital! We’ve been bringing our kitty here since January 2022, and recently started bringing in our new kitten as well. Between wellness exams, medications, and a few recent health concerns, the entire team has gone above and beyond for both of our cats.\n\nThe veterinarians and technicians are incredibly thorough, compassionate, and proactive — they’ve kept in touch with calls and texts to check on our kitties’ progress and ensure all our questions are answered. Even the front desk staff is consistently kind, helpful, and professional.\n\nWe live about 30 minutes away, but we’ve never once considered switching to a veterinarian closer to home. The level of care, communication, and genuine love they show for our pets sets the bar impossibly high. Rancho Bernardo Pet Hospital has truly earned our trust and gratitude — we’re so thankful for their exceptional team! ♥️🐾

Dr. Rose and her assistant Mariana were incredibly kind, patient, and professional—especially since Jasmine can be unpredictable.\n\nThey focused on getting to the root of her symptoms without pushing unnecessary tests, were transparent about pricing, and always got my approval before moving forward. I also really appreciated the follow-up after our visit and their guidance on preparing Jasmine to fly to her forever home.\n\nHighly recommend for compassionate, thorough care!
