Always an amazing experience for both me and my cat who gets to eat churros during his visit! Very quick to help and easy to reach. Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly. I would definitely recommend this veterinary office. I also love that they have a specific room for cats.

We are very thankful to have an affordable, caring, and thorough Vet in San Diego. We actually drive over 30 minutes to this location because the service we receive is well worth it. Thank you Balboa Vet for being exceptional! We appreciate you!

There is no one I trust more with my cats and dogs care than Dr. G and her staff. They are and have always been exceptional. We moved and still drive the 45+ minutes for our dogs and cats to receive care at this location. Every bit worth it. 10/10

I feel that Dr Walker & the vet technicians truly care about Cobra. Dr Walker even emails me to inquire about Cobra's wellbeing. I wouldn't trust Cobra with anyone else.

BEWARE!!! This is from a few weeks ago but I felt the need to make sure people were aware before choosing a vet. I was going to bring my precious poodle here for a concerning behavior she was exhibiting. Upon arrival I didn't see much parking but was relieved to find more parking in the rear of the building where there also appears to be a securely gated kennel/outdoor area for the animals. HOWEVER there was also a homeless man that appeared to be fully camped out on the property which is shared by an auto repair shop that was closed (for the day or indefinitely I'm not sure) that was screaming obscenities and appeared to be very aggressive and agitated. He definitely noticed me as several of his outbursts appeared to be directed right at me. Needless to say I got out of there quickly. Animal lovers beware. The kennel gates were not very tall and had I left my dog there I believe there's a good chance this man would have potentially had access to my baby. Not to mention I didn't even want to get out of my car to walk back to the front of the building. This man is behind the building well away from the view of the vet or anyone else for that matter. Scary situation, did not feel safe...
