Chris was outstanding. Our pup Thor stayed with him for two weeks and came back a completely different dog (as far as manners are concerned). His jumping on people is almost non existent (we’re still working out his boundaries, but he doesn’t jump first time meeting new people).\n\nBefore we took Thor to Chris, walking on a leash was not pleasant for either of us, but now he loves his walks. Most importantly for us is his recall. We wanted to take him to the beach or areas without leashes and now we can.\n\nWe’ve also left Thor with Chris just for boarding and it really seems like he did a lot better than other places we took him to. Chris wa also kind enough to give Thor a brush up just to make sure he was doing the behaviors we had been working on.\n\nWould 100% take our next puppy to Chris.

We had a friend recommend University K9 Dog training. His dog is an angel and he spoke so highly of Chris and his training.\n\nWe recently went on a trip and decided to try out the training program while we were away.\n\nIt was such a great investment. Our pup has been doing so well. He had a lot of trouble with pulling on the leash while going on walks, to the point where I didn’t ever want to walk him on the leash. Now he is right by my side while we walk!\n\nI even feel comfortable walking him off lease now.\n\nDefinitely worth the investment!

I brought my dog, Dirk to see Chris in 2019 and after 5 years of him being out of their program he has yet to need a refresher course! Everywhere we go people ask time and time again, “how is your dog so well behaved?!” UNIVERSITY K9 is the answer! They are extremely thorough and helpful upon picking your pup up. I take Dirk everywhere with me and almost never use a leash with him. He always stays on my heels unless I say otherwise and when other dogs and people are around he doesn’t bark, nip or rough house, just casually greets everyone. I can’t thank Chris and the crew at K9 University enough! You will not be disappointed!

Chris is amazing! Both my dogs have received training from him starting in 2016. We followed him to the new location to keep up their socialization and have referred many friends who have difficult dogs with excellent results. I wouldn't be able to take my dogs everywhere with me if it wasn't for him. I'm evacuated due to the fire and my dogs are sound asleep. They listen, adapt to changing environments and know how to handle themselves.

Highly recommend the 2 week board and train program with Chris! Our 15 month old dog Hunter was a tough case. Always running away, jumping/tackling anyone and everyone, wouldn’t let you pet him because he would get to excited and nip at your hands, would never come when called or even recognize commands unless food was being offered.\n\nAfter two weeks of training with Chris and team he came home a completely different dog. We can pet and love him all we want now, he can meet new people and greet us while keeping all 4 paws on the ground. And he comes when called! Even off leash, on walks, in our busy street even when neighbors are out!\n\nI will say to follow Chris’s instruction about continuing to enforce the commands with the training aid when you get home. We had about a week of close supervision on him at all times to fully translate all of his training from the training center to our home.\n\nGlad to have a well behaved dog that surprises everyone he sees with his transformation.\n\nLastly their boarding rate is great for when the family goes out of town. I have already utilized them twice since his training to board him while I am out of town!
