It's not bad there. It seems they are really not interested in being timely. Things are pretty laid back. Almost to the point of you have to ask yourself if they give a shit.\nThey're kinda half ass. It's kinda dirty there and the staff look, well, they look like they don't care. I get being casual, but this is way beyond that.\nI get my dog's nails done at this place. It's close and it's cheap. I could walk out and never go back. Wouldn't bother me a bit. But for now, they're there and I need the service.

I was at this facility last week. I'm not sure if it is under different ownership since the online photos differ from the actual facility. The facility was filthy, dog hair on the floor and in all brushes. Thankfully I bring my own brushes. The smell was pretty intense walking in the door. The young receptionist was amazing helpful and doing her best to keep the paperwork in order. Keep her!

I have a 10 year old 135 lbs Great Pyrenees mix and he has a hard time being groomed, so I handle all of his bathing myself and this is by far the best self wash places in the area. It's always really clean, the staff is super friendly, and the tubs are nicely raised with stairs so my senior guy can get in and out without needing to jump. 10/10 my go to spot.

First time coming here, I will definitely continue to use this place to bathe my pooch. The water was the perfect temp, the hair dryer worked great, the price is reasonable, and they have everything you need to give your furbuddy a bath. The staff was polite and helpful as well. As a bonus we get to support a local business!
