From the start the team at Sit Means Sit has been wonderful. I am so glad I found them for my pup. During intake, the staff member took time and sat with me to explain the entire training process, which is pretty comprehensive and to meet our pup before ever committing to anything. You can tell everyone here enjoys what they do. I found the pricing to to be reasonable for everything that’s included. Communication is great with the staff. The option for applying credits toward daycare is also fantastic, so nice to get updates like the one I’m sharing. Our trainer was Clarissa. She is excellent, so thorough and very knowledgeable. She knows her stuff and really helped us LEARN how train our dog. Our pup listens to commands so much better now and more consistently even without the use of the E collar. And the group classes are really engaging for the pups. Can’t really get that kind of training otherwise. I would hands down recommend SMS Dallas 10/10.

My new puppy is loving his experience at Sit Means Sit Dallas. He is in puppy boot camp and is learning so much as also in daycare from time to time. His confidence is a remarkable improvement. And, the trainers and staff are loving and treat him so well. Could not be happier with the service!

We just sent our 5 month old golden retriever puppy, Barley, for a 2-week board and train program with Sit Means Sit, and I cannot rave more about the experience!\n\nFirst of all, the team was amazing to work with. From my first inquiry call, I could tell they were different. They were thorough in explaining their training process, tools, philosophy, and more. They updated Barleys portal daily with photos, videos, and pupdates. They also worked with us on a payment plan that worked for us all and were able to get Barley in on a short notice.\n\nThe training Barley received has left my husband and I stunned. Barley has come home with obedience that will last a lifetime. He is an amazing walker (something that felt impossible before), he is great with heel, leave it, place, stay, and so much more. Barley has always been a good boy, but he really struggled with impulse control, and we couldn't imagine him getting to this point.\n\nAbove all else, training has given Barley a new set of confidence. He is still his sweet, goofy, puppy self, but he is so much more assured of himself and his surroundings. We are so grateful, thanks Sit Means Sit team!

It was Ash's first time at a boarding facility and he seemed to love it at SMS. He is a high energy anxious pup so I was a bit nervous to leave him, but the trainers and the staff said he was very comfortable and was getting lots of exercise. Overall, I am really happy with our first boarding experience and would recommend this facility!

I couldn't be happier with the care Louie receives at this facility! From the moment we arrive, he's excited and eager to go in, which gives me tremendous peace of mind knowing he's happy and comfortable there. The staff genuinely care about the dogs and provide outstanding attention and care every visit.\nOne of my favorite things is the daily updates, complete with pictures, that let me see how much fun Louie is having throughout the day. The communication is excellent, and it's clear that they take the time to get to know each dog's personality and needs.\nLouie always comes home happy, tired, and well cared for. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, professional, and loving environment for their dog!
