I would not recommend this place. A woman named Laura was extremely rude, and I felt my German Shepherd was neglected while in their care. The customer service was unacceptable, and I will not be returning.\n\nMy dog was not properly fed, and when I picked my dog up, he had severe rash. His neck was red, irritated, and even bleeding. This experience was very upsetting, and I will be taking my dog somewhere else in the future.

I loved the attention to details, the fair price and the kind and thorough treatment that me and my fair baby got she came back so beautiful and so happy and I would definitely come back again 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!

We have been bringing our Vizsla, Trinity, to Smart Dog for nearly a year now. We absolutely love this place. Every day, Trinity is so happy come to Smart Dog to get to hang out with her friends and the staff. It makes it easy to drop her off because it’s the one place she doesn’t get separation anxiety from us. She then leaves having had a full day of playing and training. We can tell they keep a super close eye on her throughout the day and keep us updated if anything seems off. They have taught her how to play kindly with other dogs and she is now super well socialized. Whenever we take her to the park and she meets other dogs, she is very friendly but has a healthy sense of caution. We appreciate their early hours and the option for late pick up (8:30pm) if we end up having to stay late at work. They will also help us with any training advice we need, which has been plenty as Trinity has grown up. We also find the location is so fantastic, being close to downtown, but still having a facility with lots of space. Would highly recommend Smart Dog to anyone looking to find a daycare for their dog in Dallas.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this business. I paid for my dog to attend daycare expecting a safe, professional, and welcoming environment. Instead, I witnessed behavior that was completely unacceptable.While I was there, I overheard someone using racial slurs while speaking to an employee who works at the business. Hearing that made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. There is no place for that kind of language in any professional setting, especially in a business that serves the public.\nAs a paying customer, I expected professionalism, respect, and a positive environment not to witness racist language being used. Because of this experience, I will not be returning, and I hope management takes this matter seriously and addresses it so no other customer or employee has to experience the same thing.

We have been going to Smart Dog for daycare for several months and my dog absolutely loves it! As soon as we pull up to the building he immediately starts scratching at the car window excitedly trying to get out to go play! It makes us so happy knowing he gets to play with friends in a safe environment. We utilized the Smart Dog Spa for the first time today for grooming and are so happy with the results! He looks and smells great and his coat is so soft and shiny. We will definitely be using them again. The staff at both the daycare and spa are very friendly and knowledgeable. I am a crazy over protective dog mom and I feel so at peace with him there. Highly recommend!
