I can’t recommend Ruffit Preston Forest enough! Jasmine always does an amazing job grooming my dog, Sully. Her work is incredibly detailed, consistent, and it’s obvious that she truly cares about every pet she works with. Every visit, Sully comes home looking absolutely perfect, and I know I can count on the same high-quality results every time.\n\nThe customer service is just as wonderful. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about both the pets and their owners. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing Sully is in such loving and capable hands. They make the entire experience stress-free, and Sully always seems comfortable and well cared for.\n\nThank you, Jasmine, and the entire Ruffit team, for always going above and beyond. Your dedication and kindness truly make a difference, and I wouldn’t trust Sully with anyone else!

I have taken my boys to Ruffit for the past few years for boarding, day play and grooming. I feel like they take great care of my boys when I’m out of town, communication is great and Jasmine is AMAZING with grooming my Pry/Shepard pups. Highly recommend Ruffit and Jasmine!

The staff at the Preston-Forest Ruffit are awesome! They are super friendly and take great care of my pups while they are being groomed. And my pups are always super cute when they are finished. It is evident how much they love dogs in the way they treat them.

Bodie's haircut was fine. Too many messages from Ruffit re the appointment. Called for haircut cost and was misquoted!\nMore than quoted, so unable to leave a tip! They got their money, but i lost $8 and groomer lost tip!\nHad not been there in more than a year. I won't go back!\nSue and Bodie

We love Ruffit at Preston and Forest. The staff is super friendly. Our dogs love going in there (they have been afraid to go into other groomers). The facilities are always clean. Most importantly, Weston does a great job on our doodles.
