Kimberly’s does an amazing grooming job on my standard goldendoodle and at a great price! Staff is very nice and they can get you in fast.

Very disappointed with the grooming my dog received today. I brought my mini Goldendoodle here for the first time after reading good reviews online. I specified I wanted a light trim, maybe about half of her current length, and if they were unable to get any matts out of her hair, do NOT SHAVE. The receptionist was very friendly and said that would be no problem and the groomers have plenty of experience with doodles. I didn't get to meet the groomer to tell them my instructions which was frustrating. After 4.5 hours I called back to see if she was ready, which they said they needed about 30 more minutes. When I walked in they immediately grabbed her from behind a gate and I didn't recognize my own dog I dropped off 5 hours ago. I was trying to be as polite as possible but I told the receptionist this is by far the worst grooming I have ever seen. They did the exact opposite of what I instructed for her grooming. The groomer completely shaved her to the same length around her entire body (including face and tail) leaving her looking like an entirely different breed. I told them if I wanted her to get a buzz cut I would have shaved her in my backyard. They offered a discount leaving my total at $50. She can't stop itching her bottom and rolling around on the carpet now that we are home so I'm likely going to give her another bath. Terrible experience and would not recommend to anyone with a goldendoodle.

After moving to Dallas, I had a tough time finding a dog groomer who checked all the boxes: skilled grooming, reasonable pricing, and most importantly, a safe, welcoming environment for my pup. I tried two other groomers before finding K9, and both left me disappointed. Not only were they overpriced, but they didn’t follow my grooming instructions. One even kept the dogs in tiny cages, and it broke my heart to see my dog crammed behind bars like he was in a kennel at a shelter.\n\nK9 Club was a completely different experience in the best way possible. From the moment I dropped my dog off, the staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely interested in understanding what I wanted. When I came back to pick him up, he looked absolutely perfect, better than I even hoped for. What really stood out, though, was the environment. The dogs aren’t kept in cages, and you can tell they’re actually enjoying themselves. Mine was so happy, he practically didn’t want to leave.\n\nI finally feel confident and at ease knowing my dog is not only well-groomed but safe and happy. I won’t be going anywhere else.

Awesome staffing! Groomer is very cautious and cares for the dogs and always does what is needed for them. Place is very clean and pricing is reasonable compared to other dog boarding/grooming services in the area. The girls here love all the fur babies like thier own and know how to handle each one and thier individual needs.

The facility is clean and well-maintained. We have used daycare, boarding, and bath services, and overall have been pleased with the customer service and our dogs' experience here. Some of the staff members are more attentive than others and some give better reports on our dogs' boarding/daycare stays; the hours are a bit inconvenient too - it's difficult to get through traffic at 6PM for pickup so those are the reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5. Their pricing gets much better when you buy a package of days for daycare.
