My 13lb chiweenie’s favorite daycare in Dallas is this one. The staff are consistently amazing & greet him by name. I have a crazy work schedule at times, and their hrs make it possible for me to go in guilt free… knowing that my pup has been loved on all day. I have also used their grooming service, and he came back fresh with a little bandana & perfect nail trim.

update: we still love Ruffit so much and their whole staff, Valerie and Sissy, ya’ll rock!!!!\nValerie is the best groomer we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. So patient, caring and empathetic to my nervous puppy. Gogo looks and smells amazing every time. I am so happy I can trust her to be in the care of someone else who genuinely cares about her.\nSissy at the front desk who handles the day play take ins is the sweetest! I have a naughty pup named Jackie and she always treats her and handles her with care and always gives me feedback as to how her play went. She’s got the best demeanor and makes me less nervous every time I drop off my naughty pup! Thank you so much sissy as I know dealing with Jackie is a lot.\n———————————————————————-\nMy dog looks amazing! Thank you so much Valerie! We loved going to Ruffit. It’s probably one of the best cuts she has ever gotten. They were so accommodating to her. She is a very nervy dog and they were mindful of it and took extra measures for her safety and comfort. It means the world. I love her. She even came out so happy when I picked her up which has never been the case anywhere else. I also had my husky mix bathed and she also looks and smells great! We will be back! You are a staple to the Oaklawn community!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE FOR GROOMING. I like poodles, but my dog isn't a poodle. He is a Lagotto Romagnolo (italian water dog). Came out looking like a poodle. The groomer there appears to just take the quickest way to groom, rather than the right way.\n\nThey did provide a full refund, which I do appreciate. I wish I hadn't taken him there at all. Staff at the desk is incredibly nice and helpful, as is the manager.

General Jack approved!!\nHe runs inside to see his pal, Sissy, who takes the absolute best care of the Ruffit pup pack. And Jackie looks forward to a day of play with his bigs troop of pup playmates. He literally races in the door!\nBest of all?\nWhat happens at Ruffit Oaklawn, stays at Ruffit Oaklawn.\nThank you, Sissy!!!

Amazing, scheduling an appointment was so easy and the workers were so nice. We came in and they brought me to a safe area where I could bring out my cat. We went over everything they would do to him, answered all my questions and sent me away. My cat was clean and happy, couldn’t have asked for a better first grooming experience.
