I cannot recommend Woof Tone Inn & Spa highly enough! From the moment we walked in, every single staff member made us feel so welcome and treated our little Dallas like she was part of their own family.\n\nThe entire team are truly some of the kindest people we've ever met. Their genuine love for dogs shines through in everything they do, and it gave us complete confidence that Dallas was in the best hands.\n\nHer grooming was absolutely incredible, she came home looking beautiful, smelling amazing, and clearly had been cared for with so much love and attention. The quality of their work exceeded every expectation we had.\n\nOn top of that, they surprised us with so many thoughtful extra goodies, which was such a sweet and unexpected touch. It's rare to find a business that goes so far above and beyond for both pets and their owners.\n\nIf you're looking for a groomer that treats your dog like family, look no further than Woof Tone Inn & Spa. My girl, Charley, has not stopped “doggie smiling” since I picked her up from Woof Inn & Spa and this was only our first visit!\n\nFrom booking the appointment to setting up an account for my pups, every step of the process was seamless, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The atmosphere feels like the perfect blend of neighborhood charm and luxury boutique elegance, which is incredibly rare to find these days.\n\nWhat stood out to me most was how intentional everyone was about getting to know both me and my dog. You can immediately tell that relationships, trust, and quality care are at the heart of everything they do.\n\nMy first green flag was my conversation with Liv before Charley’s appointment. Instead of rushing through the call, she took the time to educate me on Charley’s breed, coat type, and the importance of the right haircut for her specific needs. I was honestly blown away. At previous grooming places, it always felt transactional. Drop off, shave, pick up, done. But Woof Inn & Spa provided an entirely different experience.\n\nThe way they cared for Charley felt so personal and genuine, like she was being loved on the entire time she was there.\n\nWhen I picked Charley up, she looked absolutely beautiful, but more importantly, she felt beautiful. Anyone with rescue dogs understands how meaningful that is. Since adopting her, I have only seen her smile like this a handful of times. She has been glowing ever since we got home.\n\nIn fact, our other dog can barely keep his paws off of her now! Thankfully, that boy will be getting neutered very soon!\n\nI actually called the spa afterward just to tell them how happy Charley has been since her visit because I wanted them to know their effort truly made an impact.\n\nLiv clearly loves what she does, and it shows in every detail. Thank you to the entire Woof Inn & Spa team for treating Charley with such kindness, patience, and care.\n\nYou officially have lifelong customers in us. We cannot wait to bring our babies back!

This post is long overdue...\nMillie has been going to Woof Tone since the day I brought her home over a year ago, and I truly can't imagine life without them. She goes to daycare at least twice a week, gets groomed by Liv every month, and stays there whenever I travel. It has become her second home.\nShe absolutely adores Karen, David, Liv, and now Tyler (honestly, I think she might love them more than she loves me 😂). They don't just take care of her—they genuinely love her. Every need is met, every little quirk is known, and she's treated like one of their own every single day.\nAs a dog mom, there is no greater feeling than knowing your baby is loved and cared for exactly the way you would care for them yourself. I trust this team completely, and I have never once worried when Millie is with them.\nKaren, thank you for creating such a warm, welcoming place where every dog instantly feels at home. David, thank you for your endless attention to detail and for always going above and beyond. Liv, you are hands down the best groomer I've found in Dallas, and Millie always comes home looking absolutely perfect. I can’t say enough amazing things about Woof Tone Inn & Spa! From the moment you walk in, you can feel how much the staff truly cares about every single animal. The facility is spotless, welcoming, and designed with both comfort and safety in mind.\nMy dog absolutely loves coming here his tail starts wagging the second we pull into the parking lot! The grooming services are top-notch; he always comes home looking adorable, smelling fresh, and clearly feeling great. They pay attention to every detail and treat him like their own.\nThe daycare is just as impressive. I love knowing he’s getting plenty of exercise, socialization, and affection throughout the day. The staff keeps me updated, which gives me so much peace of mind.\nIt’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism, genuine compassion, and such high-quality service. Doug is a little guy with big feelings, and everyone at Woof Tone gives him the same love, care, and attention that they give their own pets. Every day that I pick Doug up, he is tired and happy with a day full of play time and rest. They are excellent at caring for all kinds of pups, and I am so grateful I found them.
