We love taking our Golden here to board! The staff is attentive and I appreciate the extra options such as cuddle time or extra activities. The doggy day care during the day keeps her active so I know she’s getting stimulation and not in a cage all day. The text updates are great and give me peace of mind. Love this location!

Exceptional Care & Absolute Peace of Mind!\n\nI cannot say enough good things about Camp Bow Wow! My dog absolutely loves going to daycare here, and as a pet parent, that is the best feeling in the world.\n\nFrom the moment we walk through the door, we feel like family. The staff knows us both on sight and they treat my pup as if he were one of their very own pets. The level of personal attention and genuine love and care they show the dogs is unmatched.\n\nOn top of the fantastic daily care, their special activities and picture days are incredibly fun and entertaining for both of us. I always look forward to seeing what they have planned next!\n\nWe also use their grooming services, and let me tell you, the baths rock! He comes home smelling amazing, and the scent actually lasts for a full week or more. Plus, this is officially the only place he will let anyone touch his nails, which speaks volumes about how patient and gentle the handlers are.\n\nIf you are looking for a safe, fun, and loving environment for your dog, look no further than Camp Bow Wow. They are truly the best!

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Finnegan has been going to daycare since he was a puppy and has never had issues with humping behavior before. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was very concerning. Almost every time I checked the cameras, I noticed Finnegan being repeatedly humped by other dogs with no staff member stepping in to correct the behavior.\n\nI was told the employees “try to angle to the cameras so you can see the whole area,” but from what I observed, the workers were often standing directly below the cameras and not actively monitoring or intervening. What was even more frustrating was that it seemed to be the same employee repeatedly allowing the behavior to continue without correction.\n\nI brought my concerns up to the front desk, where I was told the manager would be informed and that I would receive a call back. It has now been two weeks with zero communication or follow-up from management.\n\nBecause of the lack of response and concern for Finnegan’s well-being, I decided to try another daycare. The difference was immediate — no humping issues at all, and the staff appeared much more attentive and engaged with the dogs.\n\nAt the end of the day, we trust these places to properly supervise and care for our pets. Unfortunately, this location gave me the impression that they either don’t care, are not properly watching the dogs, or are simply doing the bare minimum.

This is a very caring place to leave your pup. The staff really cares about your dog’s safety and well being. My dog is always happy to arrive and is happy to return the next time. I can tell he enjoys being there. I can tell they care for him. It shows in his face.

I absolutely adore this place and my dog does too! We've been coming here weekly since she was 4 months old. The staff is so friendly and accommodating I know they all truly love my Bella. The peace of mind of knowing she's in a fun, safe place is priceless. I highly recommend!
