This was Blue’s first time and we will definitely bring him back. It was a scary experience for Blue at first, so it took him a while to warm up. Big thanks to the staff and especially Tiffany. Blue really loved playing with Tiffany!

Our dog Archie stayed at UP over the holiday weekend and I couldn’t be more happy with the experience. From the minute we got there, you could tell everyone there cares so much about the dogs they’re caring for. Every member of the staff has great knowledge on how to best care for your dog based on the information you provide. I plan on recommending UP to any friends or family that need a comfortable place for their dog to stay whether it’s for daycare or boarding. Their great pricing is icing on the cake.

I can’t say enough about the quality of service from this facility. I loved the hotel feel and the ability to bring her blanket and toys for familiarity. My Malinois had not been exposed to other dogs and people so this was an excellent place where she was able to play in a controlled environment. She was a bit unsure when we dropped her off but by the time we picked her up she acted right at home.\n\nThey even talked about how well she bonded to the staff. The staff seemed genuinely happy and loving of the animals they worked with, and set my mind at ease leaving her with them.\n\nWe had surgery at the nearby hospital which made our boarding days unreliable, the facility worked with us when we had to extend our days and were absolutely fabulous! They even threw in her bathing since she wasn’t quite ready when we picked her up.\n\nIf I ever am in Dallas again I will be bringing her back here. She acted totally positive about her time here.

The staff is amazing. Laura was very helpful and accommodating for my 3 little chihuahuas on their 1st time being boarded. They had a great time and were in great hands by the loving staff... it's a very clean facility and you cam tell all the dogs are happy. Thanks so much for taking such good care or us ..... Urban Paws is my Labrador’s, Buddy, second home! He started going to Urban Paws when he was 6 months old and he is now 3 years old. He thinks it is his own personal Disney Land! The owner, office manager, and staff are all amazing! You can see that they care about each individual dog. They provide a fantastic environment for dogs to play, socialize and receive the individual care they need. Having a reliable and caring dog daycare brings me a peace of mind, knowing my dog is in good hands. We absolutely love Urban Paws!
