We’re SO glad we found Zoom Room! We were initially drawn to them because they offer indoor puppy play group classes - and we weren’t big on dog parks. We had a 6 month old puppy at the time who we wanted to socialize more and play safely with other kind and healthy pups! I love that they require an evaluation and vaccinations to keep all the dogs safe and that group is supervised by a trainer. My golden retriever LOVES coming every week for play group and he refuses to leave after! The trainers are wonderful and you can really tell they love their jobs. The facility is nice and clean! Would highly recommend for puppies age 4-8 months to sign up for the play group!

We adopted a very sweet (and very spicy) goldendoodle with barrier reactivity. He likes to bark and lunge, which is problematic when trying to walk a big 85lb+ dog. Madi has greatly helped us by teaching us recognize his triggers and by providing us with practical tips on what to do in the moment. He is thriving with the consistent structure, has made huge improvements in his focus, and is much easier to walk (but still a little spicy). It's a long journey, but every day he gets a little better, and we are confident that the tips Madi gave us will help him be a calmer and happier dog.

We've had an amazing experience at Zoom Room! We graduated from Puppy Training with Destiny and Bae and are now in Obedience 1 with Maddie. Every trainer we've worked with has been knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping our puppy succeed.\n\nWe've seen so much progress in our puppy's behavior and confidence, and the classes are always fun and engaging. Maddie has been wonderful to work with and does a great job teaching both dogs and owners.\n\nA special shout out to Katie at the front desk, who is always so sweet, welcoming, and helpful.\n\nWe always look forward to coming to playgroup and class and highly recommend Zoom Room to anyone looking for a positive training experience!

EVERYONE AT THE ZOOM ROOM REALLY CARES ABOUT YOU AND YOUR DOG!\n\nI brought my rescue dog Lola to Zoom Room hoping to get some help with her intense anxiety and fear issues. She is very reactive to new sounds, people, dogs, environments. She has been scared of everything and responding with undesirable behavior, ie, trying to nip at your hands or feet. She also tries to guard me from other family members or our other dog. After going through different trainers and methods, Lola didn't seem to improve in her responses.\n\nI found Zoom Room through Woofstock Festival and decided to sign Lola up for a free evaluation. After meeting with Kat, she suggested I enroll Lola in one on one private sessions.\n\nWe have been working with Kat and John for the past couple of months. They have been so kind and patient in trying to understand Lola's reactions and THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND YOUR EXPECTATIONS! When I mentioned some of the ways Lola acts out at home, Kat had me record videos so she could watch them and truly gauge if I should be concerned or not. I told John that walking Lola is often challenging because she's always got her head on a swivel. He took Lola for a little walk down to Fry's where Lola was super stimulated. He demonstrated to me how to handle her when she's reacting to dogs, people, cars, noises etc. He brought his calm dog to a session so we could specifically work on how Lola reacts to another dog. At every class, they ask you what you want to focus on and then they dive in.\n\nThe trainers have taught me how to manage your Lola when she's in a heightened state of anxiety and how to recondition her behavior in a positive manner. Lola has shown small but significant improvements in learning to trust strangers. We are still working on socializing her outside of the house in short increments but I feel less anxious now that I have the tools the trainers have given me.\n\nThe staff at Zoom Room are all so understanding when Lola shows up for class and starts barking at someone new.\n\nTHE ZOOM ROOM IS THE BEST!
