We loved working with Erin doing the Homebase program. She is so patient and answered many many questions to help us with our boy Indy, who is high energy and needed some help with reactivity and being calm in public. We still have a lot to work on, but I feel a lot more confident working with him on my own. I’m excited to continue with the alumni training to reinforce and build on what we learned. Thanks so much!

I’ve never felt truly comfortable leaving my pup with anyone until I found Connected Canine! My 60lb baby, Freddy, is a handful and a bit of a nervous boy, so finding Sara and her team has been an absolute game-changer for us. From Doggy Daycare to boarding, Freddy has not only been well cared for but has also started coming out of his shell. Seeing his confidence grow has been amazing! I can’t recommend Connected Canine enough for anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving place for their pup.\n\n** UPDATE**\nWe recently completed a board and train program at Connected Canine, and the results have been incredible. Our dog Freddy has gone from anxious to confident and well-behaved, which has greatly improved our family dynamic. Thanks to the training, we now feel confident taking him on outings like the farmers market and pet-friendly stores, and we feel well-equipped to support him moving forward.\n\nAfter reading some of the other reviews, I also wanted to add some context about our experience with the e-collar. It was recommended because of Freddy's specific needs and was never presented as a replacement for training. Sara and her team emphasized from the very beginning that continued training and consistency from both the owner and the dog are what lead to long-term success.\n\nThe e-collar has simply become the clearest communication tool we've used with Freddy. Our Dogtra collar has 127 stimulation levels, and the highest we've ever needed is 17, which we use very rarely. Most of the time, Freddy responds to verbal commands because he understands what's being asked of him. The training gave us the tools and confidence to communicate with him more effectively, and we've continued practicing those skills at home. For our family, it has been one of the most valuable investments we've made in Freddy's well-being.

I wish I could give this place a 100 stars. Since day one that we met Sara and entered her home, which is also her business, I have been truly amazed, impressed, and truly grateful. You see this cute smiling boy? This is our Champie. He loves us but he does not like any other humans. I should say he didn't like any other humans until we found Sara. Champie loves going to connected canine. He gets to play and run around and feel safe while we're away. Sara and her team take the time to socialize and play with him. He always seems so happy.\n\nI'd like to also speak to the lonely 1 one star review that was given to connected canine. I too, was very skeptical at first when I wasn't able to see where they were kenneled. However it was explained about the insurance. And we went on faith and other reviews that first time. Since then, we've shared our succrss story with so many others including the rescue we got Champie from. They are so stringent and particular on where and who boards and trains their dogs before adoption that there is no way they would even consider, never mind contract and use Sarah and connected canine without her meeting the utmost of standards and expectations of ethics, care, and environment.\nI owe Sarah and her team a world of gratitude because without them, we would not be able to enjoy and cherish time with our fsmilirs sll of which live out-of-state.\n\nThese pics are all from Sara and her team while staying with them\n\nThank you from the bottom of this dog-mom's heart ❤️.

Sara is AMAZING! Our daughter has brain cancer and Nyx is her best friend, but hes 75 lbs and very hyper. Sara worked with him for 6 weeks and he has amazing impulse control now! He is able to support her better, and it allows caregivers to come to the house without being body slammed. I would recommend her to anyone!

We are so grateful to have found Connected Canine for our dog Dobby! Sara and her team are the best and we feel totally confident leaving Dobby there with them whether it’s for a short weekend or a long trip. He’s been a really anxious nervous dog most of his life (and afraid of men), but he is so comfortable and happy at Sara’s and loves her husband too. He always comes back home calm and happy and a lot of his anxious habits have actually faded since taking him to Connected Canine. It’s been rather remarkable and we are so grateful!! I also appreciate that she has package deals which makes boarding more affordable.
