Love how caring this place is! They do christmas photos and take such good care of my pups when i’m out of town. Reasonably priced and Noelle is very knowledgeable about pets! I would never leave my pets anywhere else. Both also get grooming services by Giselle and I am very pleased with the way they handle/run the business 💖

I am giving 3 stars because we were in a bind and Noelle took our 1 year old Puppy at the last minute. That was greatly appreciated but, came at a higher than normal price. I was charged $45/day, expected to bring my own food and bed. I understand about the food as not all food agrees with all dogs. Our Puppy came back to us with matted hair and poop on his whole back side.We were told He pooped in his bed, that we provided, which was brand new. Our Puppy has NEVER had an accident in his crate or bed or anywhere for that matter. He was completely potty trained at 10 weeks! We were charged $35 extra for a bath and he looked dirty, matted and smelled like a goat when we picked him up at 7:30 am. I am not ungrateful just angry. Noelle went out to “dinner (per her)” the night before we picked him up. I obviously cannot prove it but, I would say our Puppy was unable to get to his potty spot before he went to bed or he would have never pooped in his bed. To summarize, we will never reach out for boarding at this place again. I do hope this makes Noelle feel bad because our sweet little Guy feels … and smells like poop!!

Highly disappointed that I had an appointment for over a month and the groomer chose to wait until 2 hours before my appointment to verify my dog's vaccine records. He is 2 months behind on one shot and she cancelled. While I understand the importance of having up to date vaccinations, and I take full responsibility for that, I don't understand waiting until 2 hours before my appointment to verify said records. I can't fix the problem in 2 hours. Been a client for 10 years, but won't be going back after this inconvenience.

Highly recommend. Very reliable and accommodating especially for last minute requests when life happens. My dog always comes home happy and clean. Also has in-house vaccination and grooming available.

Needed a place to board our lab while we flew out east for a week. Noele was quick and easy to communicate with. Very convenient to have grooming done on the last day so she came home clean and happy. Plenty of time outside to play in the shade. It brought extra peace of mind that she was a vet tech. Would recommend to anyone!
