I went in to check it out for a possible future stay for one of my pups while I underwent a medical procedure. They have 3 separate rooms. Dogs are divided by size and activity level. They do a pre-entry interview meet and greet. Your dog doesn't have it's own space so must be open to being with other dogs. The neat thing about their set up is they have cameras in each of the rooms to monitor from the front lobby. They young lady I spoke with was pleasant. There were a few people that came in to pick up their fur babies, She knew who they were and which pet was theirs. She called on a radio for the dog by name that was ready to be picked up. The price was agreeable. They do not have any outside play area. I did not need to use their service on this visit as I was just there to check it out I would have given more stars but the very first thing that struck me when I walked in, was the foul odor. I've never been in a doggy daycare before so maybe that's just the way they are with the number of pets on sight.

Wonderful dog daycare. The staff is so friendly and clearly love the dogs. It’s clean and cool inside and the prices are reasonable. They were absolute lifesavers for us as we had a medical issue and needed a daycare quickly. They scheduled the meet and greet and she was approved and we were able to schedule right after. She’s getting much needed socialization as well. Highly recommend

Excellent and trustworthy place to take your pup. The crew here is fantastic and they are doing an excellent job with our furry girl.

Two stars just because the lady at the front desk was polite. Otherwise this place is a waste of time, save your energy and go somewhere else. I went in for the meet and greet. My appointment was a 10am. I held my 9 lbs chihuahua for around 20 min or so, while one of the dog attendants asked me detailed questions about my dog. Finally Tito (my chihuahua) went back. The receptionist went over the program and so forth. I was given a tour of the larger dog’s play areas. I was in total shock about the number of dogs in such a small area. I was not given a tour of the small dog area where Tito would be. It was off limits. That in itself is kind of suspect.\nI left Tito there, but before I got 1/2 way home Dogtopia called and said that Tito was misbehaving. Basically, he failed his meet and greet in less than 20 minutes. And that I needed to come pick him up, he was currently isolated. Tito has never had any issue biting other dogs, he can be a little timid at first, but then warms up. He has never been dismissed from daycare or boarding anywhere else but here. Obviously, these employees aren’t properly trained,\nI don’t know of many dogs you can acclimate to a new environment in 20 min, and not sure how you cannot control a 9 lb dog. Maybe they’re understaffed, and didn’t want the hassle of working with Tito?? Maybe it’s a quick way to make $20??\n\nEither way, my advice is to avoid this place. It’s a total waste of time and there’s too many dogs per square footage.
