I cannot say enough wonderful things about Foothills Pet Resort and the incredible care they provide. About three months ago, I started bringing my dog, Daisy, there, and after just one week, I knew this was a very special place. Daisy now attends every single day for all-day play, and I would never consider taking her anywhere else.\n\nFrom daycare to grooming, baths, and boarding, the level of care and attention Daisy receives is truly unmatched. Shayna, along with the entire front office team—especially Armani and Janelle—greet every day with a smile and make every visit feel welcoming and positive. The entire staff is warm, loving, and genuinely passionate about what they do. You can immediately tell this is far more than just a job to them; they truly love the animals in their care and treat them like family.\n\nThe grooming services are exceptional. Daisy is always treated like a little princess. She comes home looking absolutely adorable with bows in her hair, bandanas around her neck, and even rainbow-painted toenails. The attention to detail and the extra touches they provide show just how much they care about every pet that walks through their doors.\n\nShayna goes above and beyond to make every experience special. She creates fun holiday celebrations each month, takes adorable pictures, and provides treats for the pups. It’s obvious she pours her heart into making the dogs happy while also making pet parents feel connected, reassured, and appreciated.\n\nOne of the things I appreciate most is how available and supportive Shayna and her staff always are. Whether I have a question, need assistance, or simply want an update, someone is always kind, patient, and eager to help.\n\nWhen I travel, I always book Daisy into one of the VIP suites. Even while I’m away, I never have to worry because I receive daily photos and updates through the Wag reports. Seeing Daisy happy, comfortable, and enjoying herself each day gives me tremendous peace of mind and allows me to fully enjoy my time away.\n\nFinding Foothills Pet Resort has been such a blessing for both Daisy and me. Knowing my pup is loved, safe, happy, and excited to go every day gives me complete peace of mind. Shayna should be incredibly proud of the amazing environment she and her team have created. It is rare to find a place with this level of professionalism, compassion, creativity, and genuine joy for what they do. Foothills Pet Resort has earned my complete trust, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for the very best care for their furry family member.

One of the best places I've seen for your fur family member. Shayna, the manager, really takes her time worth you and your pet. Highly recommend all of their services. They even took 4th of July pics of all the pets staying there over the holiday.\nThank you too the entire staff.

Absolutely the best dog daycare service in Az! This place is worth every penny. My dog has never been so happy. They send you pictures during boarding that will make you feel happy all day while you are away from your beloved pet

My new rescue dog needed a safe place to stay for a few hours. Foothills worked with me to accommodate him with just a couple days notice. I supplied his vaccine record and brought him in for a temperament check the day before his stay. Everyone was kind and supportive with him, which I really appreciated. He has had a rough time and needs a bit to adapt. He needed to be keep solo as he didn't socialize well, and Foothills staff were very professional and patient in that regard also.

Have been going here for years but environment has changed. I found out after the fact that my dog’s ears were not pucked as there is a separate cost for that item. The management did not disclose this prior to the appointment nor did I see any pricing when I went in to drop my dogs off. By not providing the change or pricing one might wonder if corporate is running the show or if the individual manager is making unauthorized changes and not disclosing them. Pricing should spell out what the groom includes and if anal gland suppression ear picking etc are separate items, the costs for those items should be identified.
