Reba had her meet and greet and today was her first drop off day. The Manager Riley is so sweet and helpful! I’m “that” mom who is always calling and checking on her fur child. And they are so patient and understanding. They said that they will email pictures over shortly so I can see that she is doing wonderfully and is very happy with her friends. I chose this daycare due to their 4.8 stars. I went and toward the facility before I allowed Reba to do a meet and greet. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the kindness of all of the staff. I later found out that I have a friend who takes her dog hair and is just as happy as I am. I highly recommend this facility!

I absolutely love this place! The staff is amazing and truly cares about the dogs. I have two goldendoodles that come here for grooming, daycare, and we recently did a 5-night boarding stay. Every time, they come back tuckered out, fresh, and happy—and honestly ready to go back! They’re also great about answering the phone, which I really appreciate. I’m so glad I found them! Big shout out to Camryn the groomer, always does amazing job!

We have entrusted our babies to Rachel and Will since our 13 year old black lab was a puppy. Since then, we have added to our family a chocolate lab that we bred with our black lab twice and we love Rachel and Will so much that we gifted them one of our puppies-Brute! We are lucky enough to travel often but we could not and would not do it if we didn’t have AZ Mama Bear to leave our babies with. All of their staff are so loving and welcoming and every time we arrive there our dogs are so excited to get inside! We have peace of mind knowing they are loved and cared for and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Thank you Will, Rachel and staff for all that you do and for making our travels worry free!

I bring my 5 month old puppy Mia here. All of the people are absolutely wonderful in caring for her, and every other dog i have seen. Everyone gets fed, loved, cared for, rest time, they follow instructions perfectly if they need medicine or special diet. They also are fantastic in making sure all dogs are friendly, and able to be in a room together playing. I recently also had her nails trimmed, and they did great. Their prices are top tier, dropping off and picking up are so easy and simple. My only complaint is they need cameras for the owners to check on their dogs/cats. Its not a matter of trust, its that we want to see our pets playing, running, getting wet, or even sleeping. Owners just like seeing their pets! Mia says Hi everyone, and cant wait to see all her friends soon!

I can't even remember how long we've been using Mama Bear's, I believe I started with the in-home pet visits for my girl Grace, maybe 10ish years ago. Mama Bear's came recommended by a friend that was using their service too.\nRyan was Grace's sitter and she was very well taken care of, with walks, food, and attention, and she sooo looked forward to his visits! He provided daily visit updates, logs for eating/walks,and uploaded pictures...and he takes the best pics! I could see the happiness on her face! Her & Ryan formed a bond over the years that was awesome to see. When I went out of town and Ryan was coming, I rarely stressed, knowing she was in great hands. He is the best!\nThen we got another one, and started him off as a puppy with Bed & Biscuits boarding. He loves it!! Whenever i drop him off, he is ready to go! He gets social/playtime, he is in temp-controlled environment with security cameras throughout, they are experienced & knowledgeable, and they are great about communication or any concerns. Not to mention they are flexible with and accommodating (they worked with me on a last minute drop-off when our AC unit went out for a couple days!). They offer so much too! From grooming, pet taxi service, day boarding, playtime/socialization! So grateful to have been led to Mama Bears and be with them over the years. Excellent and caring service. Highly recommend!
