Raquel's Senior Dog B&B is a gift to those of us with senior dogs! We've been homebound since our dog reached his senior phase of life, and Raquel and her team have made it possible for us to travel again. She takes excellent care of the pups and communicates regularly and helpfully. She knows their special needs and embraces them. I really can't recommend her highly enough! Your dog will get the best care, and you can have peace of mind.

Raquel took the best care of my Earl during my week & a half Europe trip. I have been hesitant to travel as Earl is now a senior & has gone blind but I am happy to report he was thriving under Raquel’s care. Both the overnight board & BNB daycare services were wonderful. He made many friends & was able to maintain his routine. I did not came home to any separation anxiety blues & Raquel sent wonderful updates with adorable pictures each day. Highly recommend and will be using Raquel again in the future!!!

I left my dog, Oliver, with Raquel for an overnight stay this week and couldn’t be happier with the experience.\n\nI first met Raquel back in April when I moved to San Diego with my senior pup, Ozzie. I was looking for someone kind, loving, and truly devoted to the dogs in her care—and Raquel was exactly that. Sadly, Ozzie passed before he ever got to stay with her.\n\nSeven months later, I now have Ozzie’s little brother, Oliver. I travel for work occasionally and hadn’t been thrilled with my local boarding option, so I reached back out to Raquel—and I’m so glad I did.\n\nOliver had a wonderful time playing with the pugs in her care, got plenty of cuddles, and came home happy and relaxed. I received lots of photos and updates during his stay, plus a sweet Polaroid keepsake. He even came back cleaner than when I dropped him off!\n\nThe communication around drop-off, pick-up, and all the details was excellent—something I really appreciate when juggling travel and flights. Raquel made the whole process seamless.\n\nThe level of care she provides is truly special. I’m so grateful to have found her and her Senior Dog BNB, and will absolutely be bringing Oliver back.

Raquel's place was perfect for my little old lady. I was given daily updates with pictures so I knew Fish was happy and healthy. It really felt like I was leaving my baby with a family friend. I will absolutely be coming back for any boarding needs.

We are SO happy to have found Raquel's Senior Dog B & B! The relief and joy we have knowing our 12 year old dachshund mix, Harrison Pickles, is in the absolute best place while we travel is priceless, truly. Raquel and her husband have really created something so very wonderful for our senior pups. They take great care and have a true passion and love for what they do. We get updates and photos via the app they provide which makes every aspect of working/booking with them, seamless. We're so grateful to have a place where our old man baby boy is so happy while we are away. If you have a senior pet, I cannot recommend Raquel's Senior Dog Bed & Breakfast enough.
