Pups is the place my mini dachshund is always super pumped to arrive for daycare & super ready to head home & nap at pickup. I am always at ease while my dog is at daycare here, the human crew take the best care of him and it shows in how his behavior is with all the amazing dog handlers!! & they send free fun free report cards after every visit, I always enjoy reading about the school-like activities the pups get into!!\n\nThank you Pups team streeterville! ⭐️❤️

Our Australian labradoodle Benny goes to Pups at least once a week for daycare, he always has the best time! We love getting his report card at the end of the day and seeing the pictures that the staff take of him playing with his friends! It's such a great way for benny to stay socialized and burn off lots of his puppy energy. Staff is super friendly as well! Definitely recommend.

Excellent service and attention to detail! We have been going to Brady for grooming services for over a year now and he has been amazing. He answers all my questions and pays such close attention to my dog's needs. I truly feel like he loves my dog and always treats him kindly. I cannot imagine taking him anywhere else!

My dog loves pups!! He gets so excited to come whenever he hears the word daycare, and the staff is so nice and treats Puck so well. I can tell he really enjoys it by how happy he is to go!

I can not say enough good things about my experience with Pups Pet Club and they care they provided for our new puppy edition during a 6 day vacation. Trying to figure out care for a brand new puppy was nerve wracking to say the least. We were in the middle of potty and crate training and we’re not quite comfortable leaving her with family knowing she still needed some additional work on “In home etiquette” :) the staff at pups was fantastic at giving me all options for my baby, which included overnight pet sitting, training, daycare etc.\nDayna and Liz were so patient and incredibly helpful when I was trying to figure out the best option without breaking my bank. Not only did they spend so much time talking me through my options in order choose what would be the best for us, they made me feel confident and comfortable that our baby G would get very special attention and be very well taken care of while we were away, and that was most certainly an understatement. Their communication while we were away was incredible, not to mention the training she received during that short time really gave G a leg up. I feel like we dropped off an infant and picked up a teenager. The structure and routine was JUST what the doctor ordered for this rambunctious little pup! Not only did they provide fantastic care during her stay, they made sure to send us home with the tools and resources to continue training at home, which included daily each day she was there! They even dressed my little baby up and included her in a special Halloween Photo shoot with her best pal at camp!! LaLa :) I can’t say enough fantastic things about them and will most certainly be using them again for our next vacation.
