Dog. Hotel | Daycare

We sent our dog here for boarding, but had a disappointing experience. About 90% of the time when we checked the camera, our dog was not present. When we called to ask, we were told he “wouldn’t listen” and was put on timeout. This was surprising, as he has boarded before at PUPS, Tucker’s, and K9 without any behavioral issues.\n\nWhen we picked him up, we noticed signs of dehydration: his urine was extremely concentrated, and he had an unusual odor from his mouth. This was very concerning. Based on this experience, we will not be returning.

My pups and I love this place! I have used their daycare, boarding, and grooming services. The staff have all gone above and beyond in their customer service and how they care for my girls. Also from booking to picking them up is such an easy process. I have a puppy who loves her playtimes here. I also have a blind senior 16 year old little old lady who is on alot of meds and I don’t trust everyone with her. However she had her first boarding stay here and I felt very comfortable she got the best care! Highly recommend!

Dog Hotel is amazing! I have been taking one of my dogs, Ariel, there for a year now for daycare twice a week. She gets so excited when I when I remind her it is a “school day” and then always comes home exhausted. She is an Australian Cattle dog so has so much energy to get out! After I started working from home more often, she started to show separation anxiety when I was dropping her off. The team at Dog Hotel worked through this with me and Ariel and we eventually ended up having the transportation team (Joe and Mariana) add Ariel to the morning pickup schedule, which solved everything! Ariel now looks out the window waiting for her ride to “school” 😍

We took our dog here for boarding in a suite and solo play. The communication leading up to the stay was perfect. The staff thoroughly answered all my questions in an email, eliminating the need for me to ask follow up questions. Our puppy seemed happy and relaxed when we picked him up. You also get a cute report card at pick up. Great place!

Wow! I wish there were more stars for this review!\n\nWhat an amazing experience! The best dog hotel I’ve ever been to.\n\nI always feel at ease knowing that I have a place where my dogs can feel at home when I leave.\n\nThe staff is always friendly, gracious and welcoming. So convenient since they’re open 24 hours.\n\nThe place is spotless - you would never know there were even dogs in there when you walk into their lobby. It felt like I arrived at the day spa :)\n\nHigh-End Luxury - Hometown feeling, great view of the city skyline!\n\nI can’t wait until you open a spot in Detroit!\n\nHands Down….They are the Top Dog!\n\nThank you so much for taking such good care of us!
