Great experience! The team was super accommodating when I had to adjust my appointment last minute, and they took amazing care of my dog. Reception was friendly, attentive, and made the whole process really easy. I felt totally comfortable leaving my dog in their hands. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

We board our dog, Dolly, at Wag Hotel and couldn’t be happier with the care she receives. From the moment we drop her off, we feel completely at ease knowing she’s in great hands. The staff is friendly, attentive, and clearly loves what they do.\n\nThe facility is clean, well-organized, and designed with dogs’ comfort and safety in mind. Dolly always comes home happy, relaxed, and well cared for, which says everything. We also appreciate the clear communication and the professionalism of the team.\n\nWag Hotel has truly become our go-to place for boarding, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a trustworthy, high-quality experience for their pet. Dolly loves it and so do we! 🐶✨

I’m usually not one to write reviews but I have to recognize the staff at Wag hotel. Everyone there is so friendly and clearly cares about the dogs. My dog Iverson loves going to day care and boarding — he gets excited the second we pull up, which says everything because he is a homebody. They have been so helpful during the puppy phase. It’s such a relief knowing he’s happy and well taken care of when he’s there.\n\nThe staff is awesome, the place is clean, and Iverson always comes home relaxed and tired in the best way. I never have to worry when he’s at Wag, and that peace of mind is huge. The cameras and daily pictures are also an added bonus! So glad we found this place—highly recommend!

First Wag hotel was able to take my pet on a last minute switch when I found out that my dog sitter cancelled the day before I was going out of town. I also loved that I could customize my dog’s stay with experiences and items that would make her feel more comfortable and cared for. Thank you all so much for taking good care of her!

From the moment we got a tour of the facility to the end of my pup’s first day of all-day play, I felt the team truly cares about the dogs and their jobs. I was in search of a new daycare and boarding facility because the one near my house that we have been using doesn’t seem to care as much - employees on their phones all day, pets in small jail cells, less room to run around, and no rotation for more playful pups. Even though I have to travel a few miles instead of a few blocks, my dog’s new home away from home will be here! He was so happy and literally grinning from ear-to-ear.
