I used to be very happy with this grooming salon — our groomer always made our toy poodle look picture-perfect. But things started to change after she went on leave or left.\n\nThey began keeping my small dog for 3–4 hours, and he became terrified of going — crying the whole way there, which never happened before. When I asked for an explanation, the owner said he was open to talk, but when my husband came in, they sent a groomer instead.\n\nOnce, I arrived for an appointment I had rescheduled through my account, but no one knew about it — they said the system didn’t show my booking. They were kind enough to still take Pippin with an available groomer, and I really appreciated that.\n\nHowever, the last two times my dog came back heavily sprayed with perfume that even irritates my throat. I can’t imagine that’s pleasant or safe for a dog. Despite always showing photos of the style I want, the cuts never match.\n\nToday was the last straw — my dog kept licking himself and hiding in the corner, and I found two small cuts on his skin. That’s enough for us.

Update!!! His nose was not peeling, his nails were long when we brought him in and his ears were dirty even though we paid to have them cleaned. “100% customer satisfaction “ yet they WILL ARGUE WITH CUSTOMERS EVEN WHEN PRESENTED WITH PROOF! I mean this place is a nightmare . Please check all the reviews and not just a few good ones. Not only is this place run by completely ridiculous people but they are seriously so unprofessional. I mean they refuse to take responsibility, chastise customers and try as hard as they can to make you feel like you’re at fault for their wrongs! Never asked for a refund and also I believe we tipped! Maybe if they put the weed down they could do quality work! My review disappeared ….very odd. Beware before you bring your dog into this place…. They will try to chastise you and they are so rude. Anyway, my husband and I brought our dog to this place and never again. I do not recommend this place they’re running a chop shop. They cut his nails way too short, and then they tried to tell me that his nails were already short…as if we didn’t bring him in because his nails were too long and they needed to be trimmed … Absolutely bonkers ! and the owner is extremely rude cannot handle criticism and They refused to take accountability for the fact that they groomed my dog very poorly. The owner or whoever responds to the reviews, then went to my other reviews to say that they were not gonna take my review seriously because I left the one star review on one of The Mexican restaurants they like to eat at….?????Which was so unprofessional …\nembarrassingly unprofessional….ew.. The owner then went to say that my review was only placed because I wanted a refund even after I expressed to them several times that we did not want a refund after all….This place is OK if you don’t care about the quality of the grooming that your dog received I have no idea who on their team deleted my review, but I will continue to put the review up if I need to…do not take your dog here!!! poor service, even poorer attitude from the Owner. Not to mention, we also wanted ear cleaning and when we picked him up , his ears were dirty. I’m also not sure what kind of products they use. You might want to ask about products Before you bring your dog in because Monroe‘s nose was peeling on the sides after we picked him up. And once again, the owner or whoever replies to the reviews, which I believe is the owner was super unprofessional about it. Oh, not to mention that we had to physically go there to find out if Monroe was ready to be picked up we received no updates or anything. They didn’t even contact us when he was ready. This place is obviously very short of people who actually care about providing quality services. Not to mention the marijuana smell…

They are dog whisperers. My 97 yo dad's dog is an abused shelter dog - does not let anyone clean her face -except the groomers here. The dog is my dads life and keeping her groomed us important . Great place\n\nWanted to update my review. Brought Polly our new dog today as well as Jack our blind dog. Alyssa and Ashlyn were the groomers and they did a fantastic job.\nWe've been coming here for a long time and they've grown as the word has gone out. They are a great local business that should be supported! The groomers work really really hard and love animals\n\nThis is an excellent pet grooming and pet wash facility. We have been coming here for years and actually have brought elderly dogs and a 90 pound blind Labrador/Husky. Sheri and her team are compassionate and caring and have worked with us as Jack needs to be groomed in the Texas heat to be comfortable. It's a tough experience for dogs who can see, but especially hard for a blind animal. His large size makes it a challenge as well navigating any facility . In addition, we have three grand dogs and our kids bring them here as well. Highly recommend , we are fortunate to have them in our community.

Jade took great care of Leo. He is a husky and I have always been worried about taking him in because he can be afraid of strangers and doesn’t love bath time. He came out happy and handsome. If you’re on the fence about giving it a try go for it. He wouldn’t stop moving but here are some pictures.

We had such a great experience with Daphne’s first grooming today. She looks fantastic! We sure do appreciate the groomer who took care of her. I’m sure she was a little brat, but it was so worth it.
