I always recommend high tails to any of my friends looking for a place to board their dogs. We bring our two dogs here and they always have a blast and come home tired. They are extremely responsive if you reach out for any reason at all. I recently reached out during my last drop off to ask how they were doing and they sent some amazing photos back of the dogs having a blast! They also do their best to accommodate any changes to your itinerary which we really appreciate. I will continue to recommend high tails to everyone I know!

My fur baby has been here for 11 of 13 days. I'm incredibly impressed so far. I was so worried as she's 9 and her 1st time in a kennel. They have constantly posted on facebook her playing with other dogs, rolling in the grass and having a great time. This has made my time on vacation very "stressless". She will definitely be coming back when I need to kennel her. 💖

Dropped the dogs off for the day while visiting Calgary. As soon as the girls got in the car they were sleepy. My one dog is reactive and no longer plays well with others . I found this place via a recommendation on the Great Dane page. They offer one on one play and that’s what most daycares don’t offer. I am extremely impressed with this daycare. I felt really good leaving my dog here right from the moment I dropped off to pick up.\n\nWe will definitely be back whenever we visit again.

First time at High Tails and very very happy. I was a bit skeptical because the suites are separated by chain links which the dogs haven’t had before. But rest assured they make sure they ensured us that they will be safe and with other dogs your pets are compatible with!\n\nOur two pups boarded here for about 18 nights, and they monitor the dogs well. They fed our dogs well too while other boarding places always had leftovers.\n\nThey fit them in for a groom as well before pickup! Dogs came home super exhausted and have been sleeping all day. I can tell they had SO much fun!\n\nThanks Dawn, Brianna, and London!

If you love your dog, avoid High Tails. This place is High Negligence, plain and simple.\n\nTheir website claims “highly-tailored care” and “individual needs,” but none of that was followed. We provided detailed written instructions, medications, and explained our dog’s trauma history. They ignored everything. She came back injured, bleeding, shaking, and completely traumatized.\n\nThey make sure their social media and public image tell a different story, presenting themselves as transparent, yet owners are left in the dark about what actually happens behind closed doors.\n\nThis isn’t about money. It’s about safety, honesty, and basic decency, and they failed on all fronts. Pet owners deserve to know the truth before trusting this place with their dogs. I would never send a dog here again.
