If you are looking for a great groomer that cares for your littles like you do, this is the place! They were so good with my little nervous rescue pup and spent extra time making sure she was comfortable throughout the process. They even took some fun holiday photos and texted them to me when they were ready for pick up - how thoughtful!

They did a great job with my pup Boa on the bath and brush with the deshedding add on! Extremely friendly service as well! Will continue to use them.

We normally try to reconcile any issues directly with the owners or staff, so we responded to an email to Liz, the owner, after she sent us an email asking us to share our experience and never heard back...\nHi Liz,\n\nI hope you're doing well! We’ve been taking our dog Sampson to the same groomer for years and have always been happy with the care and quality. Recently, we decided to try out Puff and Fluff based on a friend's recommendation and your convenient location; thank you for getting us in.\n\nWhile we appreciated how timely the appointment was and that Sampson came back clean and well-brushed, we unfortunately didn’t feel that the overall experience met our expectations for a full groom. My husband provided specific guidance, including a request to file his nails (as he’s uncomfortable with a dremel), but it appears that neither his nails were trimmed nor the typical "sanitary trim" or tummy haircut were completed.\n\nGiven that the cost was around $60 more than what we’ve paid with our previous groomer, we were a bit disappointed with the value received.\n\nWe wanted to share this feedback constructively in case it’s helpful moving forward. We know how much pride you take in your work, and we appreciate the opportunity to try your services.\n\nBest,\nJess & Chris

Did a great job overall !🏆 Very kind and polite staff. Cute shop!♡ Price point is great, way cheaper then petco. I've been to multiple locations of Puff & Fluff Grooming and this by far is my favorite! They offer may services such as cut, bath&brush, nail clippings, and teeth brushing. Always be sure to ask what promotions deals are going on! The promotions are always great just like the student discount.\n\n(If this is helpful please give thumbs up.)

The owner and her staff were amazing with my puppy for his very first groom. He was a little scared going in and coming out but he was in good hands. And they did a great job! I’ve added before and after pics
