We've been bringing my maltipoo here for many years and they always do a good job 🫶🙏 the owner Jason is really kind and helpful. So is Joseph. They take good care of my boy. And they're quick! Floyd the groomer did a great job. If you have something specific about the grooming you want done, just write it down on paper and hand it in with your dog, it helps 😊\nThank you Pooch 💕

I’ve been a loyal customer for a little over a year now and I absolutely love their team, especially Joe. Their work is beautiful and my babies always come back so clean and far less stressed than they ever were with other groomers. I truly trust them and they are absolutely amazing!

Worst place I’ve ever been! I brought my Pomeranian here for a hair trim and wash and they ruined my dogs face 2 days before our family Easter photos. My dog has alopecia so he hardly has hair on his body and we’re not supposed to dramatically cut any of his hair or it will not grow back. They cut the hair so short in between his eyes I’m in tears! At first they wanted to blame his alopecia just trying to get me out of their store but the dog has a lot of hair there you can see it’s just short now because of the way they cut it! They didn’t want to even apologies to me and I had to keep arguing with them. When the groomer came out of the back she said that’s what she thought I wanted, I don’t know anyone that would want that done to their dog. I think there was some sort of an accident and they didn’t want to confess to it.\n\nPlease look at the last photo of his face a day before we came here to the 3 photos moments after walking out of this salon. I’m so heartbroken I can’t believe they would do this to my dog.
