Love this place and their staff! Our dog has stayed there multiple times and I’ve never been disappointed - neither has my dog! Seems like the people treat my fur-dude like he’s one of their own. They always send pictures and updates so I stay in the loop. Thanks D Pet Hotels Arcadia

Hands down the only place I trust leaving my puppy overnight! For starters, and most importantly in my opinion, they have an overnight staff - unlike other places - who are always keeping an eye out for the dogs in case they’re anxious or unwell. This was especially crucial when during his last stay, my pup was super anxious during a big storm and ended up licking his paw to the point it turned into a wound. He had staff help him throughout the night, bandaged it up, and they alerted me ASAP (if needed they would have also coordinated an emergency vet visit of course). If he was somewhere without an overnight staff it would have been hours before anyone could help him. Every single person who works there is also so genuinely caring, both about the dogs and their owners. They send daily updates with pictures so I always know how my dog is doing, and they’re so patient when I have a million different questions or am sad to be leaving him and need extra time cuddling him in the lobby before I say bye. The facility is also clean, smells well, and maintained well. I could say a million more positive things!!\n\nIt’s always hard leaving my dog for any amount of time, but I feel so much better knowing he’s with people who truly care about his well being. Plus, I know he’ll always have fun and come home happy and tired out. :) I’m so glad I found them!!

I cannot recommend D Pet Hotels Arcadia enough! I boarded my high-energy pup here over Christmas break, and while an accidental scratch to his eyelid occurred during playtime, the way the staff handled the situation was world-class.\n\nBecause it was a holiday, they didn’t hesitate—they called to inform me of the situation and then rushed him to the emergency vet immediately and stayed by his side the entire time to make sure he was calm and cared for. They kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me such peace of mind during a stressful moment. It’s easy to provide good service when things go perfectly, but you find out how great a place truly is when a challenge arises. Their integrity and genuine love for animals shine through. My dog is healing great and will definitely be back!

Horrific experience and may never come back. My wife called D pets a week or two in advance to schedule a daycare reservation and the front desk lady informed us that reservations for daycare aren’t necessary and we can simply bring our dog in whenever. We thought that was strange but considering they’ve had our dog in several times over the past few years we figured it’s probably fine. Fast forward to yesterday, we go to drop our dog off and are told they can’t take him because he can only do private boarding. I totally understand and respect DPet’s decision to determine if our dog can use their daycare or not, but the problem is they lack the basic common sense and communication to let us know; we called ahead of time for a reason. Instead, we were hit with a surprise right before heading out on a day trip, causing us to be late for our plans. Not only do they lack basic common sense, but the front desk lady I dealt with was very rude and rather than being apologetic or trying to find a solution pretty much told me to kick rocks. Just do better!

Love D Pet Hotels! Both Arcadia & Scottsdale, but Arcadia is our primary use. Great service, great staff, friendly, attentive & super loving to the doggies. It is clear they take care of our babies. My Serendipity absolutely loves it here and the staff. She gets super excited while we drive to doggy daycare and always pulls excitedly to get through the doors so she can go play. We even get her grooming done here, and she still loves coming & playing with her doggy friends.
