I love Pet Paradise! The entire staff are so friendly and helpful. They are always so happy to see my dog Jasper when I bring him in for day camp. They recognized my dog and remembered his name by our second day camp. And they were not back to back days. I love the fact that they separate the smaller dogs and puppies from the larger breeds. And they have big play areas for each group. They also have a big bone shaped pool. They have nice canopies to provide shade. There’s always an attendant with the playgroups and they pet them and give them love and attention. And I know this because they have cameras for each playgroup that you can watch your dog at day camp. I have found a little bit of freedom and time for myself thanks to Pet Paradise.

Our first time leaving our pup at Pet Paradise and we had a great experience. She is 15yrs old and gets anxious but they did everything to make her feel welcome and comfortable. We booked the Tiny Town Cabana for 5 days with daily picture and report updates and a bath at the end. Very clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

I’m quite comfortable leaving my boys at Pet Paradise Wesley Chapel. The staff is friendly. It’s always clean. Drop off and pick are very easy. The boys seem to like it. The rates are fair indeed and I love that they have a reward program where you earn points for each stay!

I have sent my dogs here for years. I trusted that when they told me my dogs wouldn’t eat that they diligently tried different ways to get them to eat. I trusted when they told me one of my dogs was so nervous that she wouldn’t leave her kennel for the first couple of days that skilled dog trainers attempted to befriend her. Now, I don’t trust this place at all. I now see that they don’t really have trained professionals like they want to advertise.\nI went to check my dogs in on 12-15 and they told me my dogs couldn’t board because my vet put the word “cough” on the paperwork. I told them it was a chronic cough and more like a hack like a cat does. He has had it half his life and I have had several veterinarians tell me it’s because of his snout anatomy. It’s common with chihuahuas. The front desk clerk was NASTY to me and treated me like I was trying to bring the bubonic plague into the facility. When I brought my adorable 9-month-old puppy in and put him on the counter, the front desk clerk DEMANDED I take him off HER counter immediately! If you don’t like dogs, don’t work at a kennel…\nI asked for a manager since the desk clerk was clearly uneducated and useless. I told the manager that I’m a veteran nurse of 17 years and that I would never put my dogs or other dogs in harm’s way. The manager told me that she can’t just trust me word. Oh really? Yet the customers should trust your words? Then the manager said even if I had a note from the vet saying the dogs were safe to board, they would not board them due to the cough. I told her my dog has stayed in the past with the same cough without issue. I scrambled to find another kennel while my rare time off that was supposed to be relaxing was now crisis management. New Tampa Pet Resort apologized profusely for what I had to go through with Pet Paradise and took my dogs with open arms. I love that New Tampa Pet Resort has an indoor play area for the cold days. They gave PawGress reports on my happy babies while they stayed. I received a call from Pet Paradise stating that they received a letter from my vet and that my dogs are welcome to come and be boarded. I will NEVER board with this place ever again. Trust and rapport are gone.\n\nResponse to owner:\nA vet from the clinic called Pet Paradise and said my dogs are safe to board per the vet that saw my dog. That wasn’t good enough. This isn’t about the health of the animals, this is incompetence and poor customer service.

Very pleasant experience at Pet Paradise. Our dog Bella had tons of fun there. Very friendly and helpful staff. The report cards with pictures is an excellent touch. Highly recommend them and Bella will be back soon!
