Carried the heavy weight metal non skid bowls I was looking for, the staff was super friendly! Gourmet food at a reasonable price makes for happy fur children and even happier pet parents! Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

This was the best shopping experience I have ever had at a pet supply store. Awesome selection of great quality food and they even have small samples for you to take home and try out before you invest $30. Cool toy selection and they are even directly connected to an animal hospital. Just can't say enough good things. Come check out the store and the super knowledgeable staff. You won't be disappointed 😁😁

This place is fantastic! Each staff member is knowledgeable and very helpful. I always feel very comfortable asking questions and never feel rushed. It's a clean and comfortable environment that is calming for pets as well as owners. I especially like the array of pet food and treats..they have everything I want!

I purchased a bag of Purina Pro Plan from Pet Depot, and when I opened it, I was shocked to find bugs and webs inside the bag. Completely unacceptable, especially for a product meant for pets’ health. I expected much higher standards of quality control. I’ve always trusted this brand and this store, but this experience really broke that trust.\n\nI hope Pet Depot takes this seriously and checks their inventory more thoroughly. Pet parents shouldn’t have to worry about contaminated food.

Review on 12’9’22: ** Hi guys this is an updated review, so I’ve been taking my pet to the clinic here and they can be pretty pricey, also I had experience where different vets diagnosed my dog differently. Secondly, front desk staff are kind, but the Manager is not professional, and not so kind. My mother and I experienced billing issues since our accounts are linked and instead of handling it like mature professionals, my mother would be yelled at the front where other people are, and the manager would say fails accusations about me to my mother and one thing I don’t play about is who I am, and my integrity. I can go more into details but I rather not to keep things sane. My pets are here until March 2023 since there enrolled in a plan. I can’t wait to leave and find a different place!\n\nOriginal review:\nI am so happy I found this location! The vet and assistance are so kind and friendly to my dogs, Nahla and Precious. It means a lot to me that my dog is cared for politely and treated with love and care. I highly recommend this place! I also like how at night there is after hours for emergency in case your pets needs services done after hours.
