So unethical. These birds are social! The cockatiels are locked up alone. One had very heavy stressed breathing. I can’t imagine that being its life. How is this legal in 2025? Do better. They need to be socialized and well cared for. They are living things.

I recently visited PetSmart Wesley Chapel for grooming and had a wonderful experience with Alexis. I originally booked with Garry based on his reviews, but upon arrival, I was informed he was unavailable due to a heavy schedule with large dogs that day. While I was disappointed not to receive a courtesy call regarding the change, Alexis handled the situation with incredible professionalism and kindness.\nDespite my initial apprehension as a new customer, Alexis’s friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. She did an incredible job—the haircut was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. I’ve found my new go-to groomer!\nOne minor note: I was surprised to learn this location charges for the coupon book, as I’ve received it for free at other stores.\nRegardless, Alexis’s service was top-tier, and I highly recommend her

The fish area was extremely sad. Many of the tanks were filthy and had multiple dead fish or fish that were near death. I don’t understand how the allow such deplorable conditions.

I came to get my dog's nails trimmed. They got me in for an appointment on a short notice. The staff working in the grooming salon were very thorough and caring. I would recommend them unless you have a stubborn dog like mine who doesn't want anyone to touch his feet. He was in good hands here at this Petsmart.

Been here a few times the past two weeks to stock my new fish tank. Both staff members I worked with were amazing. Shoutout to the gentleman who helped with my plants and guppies, very knowledgeable. If you are looking to get into aquariums, I highly recommend going to PetSmart for help.
