Really UNhappy with my experience here. The employee at the front was great - the actual groomers? NO. I briefed them VERY CLEARLY about the fact that my senior dog is sensitive, and that be it whether with nail clipping or hair cutting/deshedding that they should be very gentle and STOP if she ever showed any signs of pain or discomfort. I arrived 15 min before her pickup time and almost immediately she started to yelp. I peeked in only to see her CLEARLY in pain, trying to get the groomer to stop shaving her sanitary area - which was OBVIOUSLY making her scared / uncomfortable /in pain - again she has sensitive skin, WHICH I TOLD THEM. On top of that, despite her being THE CALMEST AND SWEETEST dog, who has had toddlers shove their hands in her face without ever reacting, they had her in a muzzle. I was disappointed and disheartened to have entrusted my service dog with such insensitive people. I had to TELL them to stop, otherwise they were just going to continue. Furthermore, I asked them to ONLY CUT her longer nails, because her others were naturally worn down - because she hates nail clipping and oftentimes her nails are cut too short and into her nail bed. Surprise surprise - ALL her nails have been cut!!\n\nI honestly am shocked - I even went so far as to tip the front desk who had listened to my complaints but in retrospect ? I should’ve asked for my money back immediately.\nI very seldom leave negative reviews - check my history. But I wouldn’t set foot here again and recommend you do as much.\n\nThey did send a text message to explain / apologise, but honestly a lot of the wording seemed to minimise the experience. I’m doubtful as to what exactly their intentions were - to genuinely apologise or to reject responsibility ?

We took our 2 pups here for the 1st time and will definitely be coming back!\n\nDetails:\n- Appointments: Make sure to call ahead to make an appointment. At this time, they don't seem to have a long wait time for appointments, and I was able to get an appointment within 3 days for both of my dogs at the same time.\n\n- Parking: They're located in a little shopping Plaza and have a shared parking lot with the other stores. They have 1 or 2 parking spots reserved for them right in front of their store.\n\n- Personal experience: I loved that I was able to make a single appointment to bring in both of my dogs at the same time. I brought in my two friendly dogs: a young large doberman and a small senior doberman-terrier. They were not intimidated by my pups sizes and were friendly when greeting my dogs. They called me 2.5 hours later that they were ready. Even though my dogs are short haired, they do shed a lot. My senior dog is also sensitive to getting her feet touched (not aggressive, she's just really squirmy). They did a fantastic job at deshedding them and doing their nails. When we went to pick them up, my pups were happy and didn't show any signs of fear, which made me feel safe to know they were treated with care. We definitely plan on coming back!

I bring my small dog here for his nail trims regularly. They are fantastic especially since he's hard to deal with. I appreciate the groomers here so much.

I brought my pups here on Monday to get groomed by Evelyn and she did an amazing job! They looked so great and I’m beyond happy with the results. My toy golden doodle struggles with anxiety but they were so understanding and when we picked her up she was so happy and full of energy - that’s an amazing sign to me!\n\nYou can tell they really care about their customers (humans and dogs!) and I would recommend this groomer to anyone.

I can't say enough great things about Valentine's! The team is incredibly kind, friendly and caring, and I always feel completely confident leaving my girl in their hands. They do an amazing job with her cuts—she gets so many compliments! Plus, she always comes back smelling fresh and looking adorable in a new bandana. If you're searching for a top-notch groomer on the east side, I highly recommend them. Thanks, Valentine's! Miss Clawdy and I appreciate you!\n\nBonus: they're right next to Villa's Tacos!
