I recently dropped off my dog at Bone Sweet Bone, and I ended up really impressed. From the moment we walked in, the staff made him feel safe and welcome — lots of play space, friendly faces, and a bright, clean environment. They offer a solid range of services: daycare, overnight stays, “late nights,” plus grooming and a cute little Bark Boutique with quality pet products. What stood out was how much they focus on playtime—my pup got plenty of social time, not just cage time. The team also gave me thoughtful advice on nutrition and care. Pickup and drop-off were smooth, and I got a detailed update on how my dog did during his stay. It’s obvious they genuinely care about the dogs, and now I feel totally comfortable leaving him there. Highly recommend for any dog owner looking for a trustworthy, loving place.

They sent a professional pet groomer directly to my home, who was equipped with everything needed for the service. I believe pets are much more comfortable being groomed in their own familiar environment than going somewhere unfamiliar. The groomer was skilled and polite, provided excellent bathing and grooming services for my dog, and the overall experience was convenient and stress-free.

Bone Sweet Bone provides a loving and safe environment for dogs while their owners are away. Many pet owners praise the attentive and friendly staff who ensure dogs enjoy plenty of playtime, socialization, and personalized care in a cage‑free, home‑like setting. Their grooming and boarding services help dogs look and feel their best, and the boutique selection of premium pet supplies is a bonus. The team’s dedication to making every dog comfortable and happy gives owners peace of mind.

I’m so mad after their grooming service.\nThe back side of head is so flat. It’s not even close.\nI asked them trim a little bit but they texted me Kevin(my dog’s name) is matted and cut down little shorter and turned out they shaved Kevin.\nKevin is a bichon and I would pay extra dematting cost. They didn’t even ask me. They noticed me afterwards.\nIt’s not only poor grooming but also horrible service.\nLook at my dog.

I absolutely LOVE Bone Sweet Bone and so does my pooch Sookie Sookie Now! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the groomers whom I’ve never met always send Sookie home with a great cut! Affordable, clean, cute shop in DTLA.
