Wag Hotels - Hollywood

Took our 2 dogs here for 2 days of all day play and they loved it. The staff was so friendly and watched them closely since it was their first day! We got cute pictures of the dogs during the day and I was able to check on them via Wagcam which was so nice. Definitely recommend this spot for day care/boarding - they seem to have a great system set up! Also, in the lobby a woman was RAVING about the services, which is a great sign!

I took a rescue Shepherd in to Wag and was very concerned she would not pass evaluation to participate.\n\nThe staff was incredibly aware of how she could enter by asking that I step back, so she would not be so over protective. This allowed them to take her in. I was concerned she would not do well. But upon watching their cams, I could see she was moving and grooving away all her nervous energy while near other fur babies.\nI am very thankful for Wag and will return.

This was my cat’s second stay with Wag Hotel, but her first time at the Hollywood location, and it was a great experience. Check in and out were quick and efficient, which made everything stress free. The daily photo updates were so reassuring and really helped me feel at ease while she was away. The end of stay report card was incredibly sweet and showed how much they genuinely care about the pets they look after. So thankful to have a place I can trust with my girl 🐾

I have a larger puppy who is reactive and strong, but the Wags employees were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and understanding. They truly made the boarding experience wonderful for both me and my pup. The daily pictures I received were so helpful and really eased my anxiety about leaving him there. When we picked him up, the staff was very open and honest about how he did during his stay, which I really appreciated. We will definitely be coming back!

Great experience! Our puppy “Zoey” was well taken cared of. She made lots of friends while there. They send us a picture and updates everyday. When we picked her us they also gave a very detailed report of how she behaved and how she did during her stay. I wasn’t expecting that, but they kept a log everyday, plus she came out with a very cute orange bandana around her neck. Very cute. Great staff and very caring. Will do it again next time we’re down south for sure.
