would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value your time and reliability. I contacted them in advance because I urgently needed daycare for just a few hours due to a medical appointment I had been waiting 4 months for. I created an account, called to confirm the process, explained that online booking was not working, and was clearly told that no appointment was required and that I could simply bring my dog for a drop-in as long as I had vaccine records.\n\nAfter driving 4 hours and arriving one hour before my medical procedure, I was suddenly told that my dog needed a temperament test that must be scheduled far in advance. This requirement was never mentioned during the phone call. When I explained that I was about to miss an important medical appointment, instead of offering any solution, staff suggested I “find someone else,” even though I had already explained I came from another city.\n\nThen another employee reviewed the same vaccine documents and claimed they were not acceptable because they showed the vaccination date but not an expiration date, something that was also never communicated beforehand. In the end, 30 minutes before a serious medical procedure, they refused to take my dog and told me to search for another facility.\n\nBecause of their misinformation and lack of communication, I lost a medical appointment I had waited months for after a 4-hour drive. This experience showed a complete lack of organization, accountability, and empathy toward clients. Extremely disappointing and stressful experience.

Dog e Den in Hollywood is absolutely amazing. The staff is so kind and they really do take amazing care of the animals. Special shoutout to Kayla - my dog absolutely ADORES her and gets really excited to see her in the morning. All of the dogs are so friendly and they all get along with each other. Another bonus is being able to watch your dog on the webcams. It’s so cute to see how much fun they are having. Really happy I found this place!

Probably the most transparent doggy daycare out there! I love the way they care for my 18-month old puppy, and I can tell that she really loves going there. She is whimpering to get out of the car as soon as we arrive and I can watch her playing with her friends all day long! The handlers re so caring of all the pups and so patient with them as well. Our puppy is a bit more on the shy side and she completely blossomed here! We love that they are open late and even offer boarding for the doggy. Their service is really accommodating and they are great with the doggies.

This is an incredible place for your dogs daycare! I take my dog 3-4 days a week here, and it’s worth every penny! They had a free week promo and it was the right decision to keep bringing my dog here after that!\n\nFirst-The location is right off sunset Blvd, right on the corner. It has glass windows for the big dog side and the small dog side so it’s always a joy to walk by and see the dogs! They have a lot of space on both sides! My pup loves it here, literally 5 min away she already notices buildings and knows where we’re going and gets so excited! The even better part is they have live feed cameras to watch your dog while you’re away at work etc. They also offer boarding and the prices aren’t terrible!\n\nSecond-The staff is top notch. Every time I bring my dog in they know her by name and are always happy to see her! I feel safe and comfortable leaving her there and I’m a pretty protective dog dad! They keep the dogs safe and are always on point with feedings and love playing with the dogs. They take pictures for you of your dog and email you a “report card” and I save a lot of them and it’s always good to hear good feedback. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

They advertise the monthly membership by including a free grooming. When my grooming was cancelled, they refused to ACCOMMODATE me for another appointment. They offered to reschedule. However, rescheduling for a time that works for them is very different than accommodating the person who they just inconvenienced.\n\nNot okay. I feel cheated and like my business does not matter to this place.
